Stella is a “premium” beer option at $7.50. Sad looking fruit.

Service is great. Lounge is dated. Could use some updating. The food is traditional AA fare. Nothing outrageous.

By far the most disappointing airport lounge we have visited over the past few years. Very limited food selection (soup, salad, sloppy joe’s made with chicken, and cookies), gas station level bathrooms, no shower, limited power outlets, limited drink options, and charging for various drinks (including bottled water).I didn’t expect a Centurian lounge, but Priority Pass lounges sadly put this one to shame.

Equivalent to a free hotel breakfast for food. I would have rather spent some of my $79 on food within the airport.

Do not waste money on a day pass. If you can gain entrance via your AA credit card or airline status, go for it. The lounge is fine. Better than waiting at the gate. But if you are desperate bc Austin doesn’t have an AMEX/Priority Pass lounge, do NOT waste the $79 on a day pass. Food options at the lounge are very limited. You can probably get something better for half the price at one of the restaurants around.

BA business class ticket, Worst international lounge so far, very little food options, cheapest alcohol served, anything more you have to pay, and they sell cheaper outside!. This can never be called lounge!

Small lounge. Seating area is ok, small chairs. Bar was good. Food is limited. For breakfast it was a small area of scrambled/hard boiled eggs, fruit, oatmeal, bread, yogurt. Reminds me of hotel continental breakfast. If you are paying to get into the lounge, save your money. Service was great.

Not the best club at all. Small. Limited facilities. Not worth the day off fee. Nice agent up front at least

The American Airlines Admirals Club, a lounge in Austin Bergstrom International Airport, is direly due for an upgrade. It's small, has the same lackluster food and complimentary beer, wine, and spirits of most other lounges in the network. It's been slated for an upgrade for a few years now and I believe it's coming in 2026... but for now, this is what we have. One area overlooks the concourse, the bar area is darker on the other side of a wall from the area overlooking the concourse, and there's a third room with tvs where most of the chairs face the tv. The food is kinda just on the side of the room with no real space, in several different areas because there was no space to centralize it. At least all the usual offerings are there: coffee/tea, desserts, cold foods , hot foods, soups. All the spaces where there should be electrical outlets in the tables next to the seats have mostly been removed , but you can still find some in the table lamps. That said, the check in staff were friendly, and it's still definitely a nice, quieter space to relax away from the main terminal concourse, especially if your flight happens to get delayed. Can't wait for this lounge to get upgrades on food and the new, modern look coming down the pipeline for AA lounges.

Definitely needs an upgrade but the service here is great and it’s always a good place to hangout before your flight.

I travel a lot for work and I visit the lounge while I wait for my flight. Every time I have visited the lounge since September (weekly), they’ve had the same food, meatballs and sweet potatoes. I’d much rather they have a variety of cold sandwiches than the same hot meals all the time. Staff are great but the overall rating is for the food.

The front desk and cleaning staff were great, and that's the only reason I'm pushing it to three stars. Can't say the same for the bar staff, who had a definite look of "What the **** do you want?" (and why is there even a traditional bar when self-service is both preferred by customers and cheaper to provide?). The lounge itself is too small for purpose and therefore cramped and stuffy - almost resented paying a business class fare considering the experience. Compared to the BA Galleries lounge at Heathrow that I enjoyed on my outbound trip, the Admirals Club was disappointing.

Place is cluttered with furniture. Too tight to move through with carry-on luggage. We were there during breakfast hours, and it wasn’t even at 50% capacity but the main food dish (scrambled eggs with cheese on it) was empty. Coffee from the automated machine was awful. Had to find more coffee at another place before our flight. Disappointing.

Amazing club with such friendly and helpful staff. The food has also improved and is really yummy at Admirals clubs. This club is worth a stop if you happen to be at AUS.

So small, cramped and crowded that you are climbing over people and luggage and when entering back into the airport you realize you were being deprived of oxygen. Would be better if they just closed this location down.
