One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a retail store. Edith and Elana were so helpful and patient to help me find a gift for my wife. Above and beyond customer service. I am leaving with a lasting positive impression of American Eagle as a brand because of them. Thanks again!

Worst retail experience of my life. All I wanted to do was return an online order I made that did not fit and the associates refused to complete my return unless I signed up for the rewards program first. When confronted, they claimed it was a 'policy' for loss prevention which made me feel like they were claiming I was committing fraud for not wanting to provide my personal information to AE even though they already had my information from when I placed the online order....Anyways, don't frequent this store if you want to be provided even a tiny amount of customer service because the associates certainly don't have any to offer.

I absolutely love this store. I was helped by Makenzie and she was very patient and wonderful. I had some fashion questions and she helped me figure out some outfits, which was greatly appreciated. The entire store was very clean, well organized, and all associates were attentive and helpful. Really great experience, I will always shop at this location! Thanks again Makenzie!

I was here visiting my family and wasn’t planning on buying anything to take back home but Kenzie was such a great help and so knowledgeable I ended up making a purchase! My sister said it’s normally not a great experience so she’s very pleased to see such a major change from her last visit a few months ago!

I had a coupon from Unidays for American Eagle and I've used it at other locations and online all the time but this location was too lazy to type it in. On top of that they told me I was giving them the online code and showed them I had both online and in store but they still didn't want to put it in. They even told me it was a third party coupon when my coupon says on the bottom not allowed for third party stores. The manager was being pure lazy. And could not directly tell me why they couldn't push it through.

Workers seem young and uninterested in the customers coming in and out. There was 3 of them standing at the register when I walked... no "hello", "welcome in", "anything I can help you find?" Just blank stares. The fitting room was closed when I went, a bit of inconvenience. I'll try a different store for sure.

Not only do I love their clothes, but I just had the best shopping experience… I’m non-binary/trans and it was so wonderful to not be gendered by the staff (no ma’am or sir). I’m not sure if this is an official policy or if I just got lucky, but thank you and please keep doing this. Your non-binary customers will be so happy and comfortable.

Horrible customer service. Walked right into the store after finding their hours online say closing at 8. It was 7:14. They tell me they're closed and the door should be locked, but it wasn't. So I beg to do my return really quickly. I hauled my 3yr old there after his bedtime. They were so rude and not willing to help even though they were still servicing another family. I can't go another day and there are no AE's near me in Florida. Beyond disappointed.

Customer service hit or miss. Best experience is when they’re cheery and helpful by opening up a fitting room whilst you’re holding tons of clothes. Worst experience was when I ordered a dress from the sale rack (they didn’t have my size, she offered to buy it online via the store, so I did). I go home and see that same dress online but cheaper. I call and she tells me to come in tomorrow for a price adjustment. I come in and now they’re telling me they can’t bc it hasn’t settled yet and still processing. I ask them to just void it then and cancel it. They tell me to call the customer service line lol okay. Call the line, they tell me it’s already out outbound and she offered a price adjustment. She also told me that it should’ve been done within the hour grace period (would’ve been nice to have known that when I called the store) By this time, I’d gotten fed up and ordered online myself, found a promo code for the sale and now it’s $30 cheaper!Long story short, best to check online before going in. There’s always a sale online + free shipping if you’re a rewards member.To mgmt: best to keep your employees up to date and savvy on the processes. Could’ve avoided this miscommunication and unnecessary driving.
