USE THE CITY HALL PARKING GARAGE INSTEAD!
Came here to park to for Barry’s twice- had a bad experience the first time and somehow a worse one the second. The gates are faulty and, even when I was able to get a ticket, the validation didn’t work- I had to speak with a rude representative for 5 minutes with cars piling behind me just so I could leave without paying $20 for an hour of validated parking!!!
Not to mention the speakers on some of the kiosks are way too loud and the others barely audible. So when someone across from you is also calling for help -which they will be- you won’t be able to hear.

Paid $38 for parking for a concert at ACL. Total rip off!

Very nice location and clean, deodorizer stairwells, but cost about $48 for 4 hrs.

The machine would not scan my validated ticket and attempted to charge me $22 for 2 hours parking. The person on the other end of the help "button" did eventually raise the gate but the person was extremely difficult to hear over the speakers and required a lot of information from me. The time at the exit was probably trippled over what it would have been if the scanner had worked.

Way too expensive. Parked there on a Tuesday night from 7:30 to 11:00 and it cost $32. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely find a different place to park.

Great place to park. Easy to get a ticket and easy to pay. Plus the person in the booth was very helpful when we had a question.

This is the only time I've been ripped off in Austin. The 2 and a half hours and was charged $27!!!!!The sign with the pricing structure and the entrance in deceiving and confusing, so much that even after the cashier explained it to me I didn't understand. This is a scam, do not oak in this parking lot ever, spread the word.

Complete rip off! I was charged $22 for 2 hours and 3 minutes of parking. Daylight robbery.

Unbelievably expensive. We parked there on a Thursday evening from 5:45 - 10:00 and were charged $42! Most expensive parking I've ever paid, anywhere in 50+ years. Uber would have been cheaper. Lesson learned.
