I recently had my taillight replaced and some scratches repaired on the lift gate at Classic Collision Rutland, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! The entire process was smooth and professional.
The estimator, Irene, did a fantastic job assessing the repairs and setting clear expectations. Her attention to detail and professionalism made the experience stress-free.
The team did an excellent job on the repairs, and my car looks as good as new. Their communication was top-notch, with regular text reminders and updates, which made it easy to stay informed about the progress.
To top it off, the staff even detailed the car before handing it back, which was a pleasant surprise. The car was ready exactly within the promised timeline, showing their commitment to quality and efficiency.

I previously wrote a poor review that I would like to retract. I had a 2019 Pacifica gets some door damage on the driver's side. Done by a neighbor pulling out of their driveway. This is my favorite vehicle and "my baby." I did not pick up the car and had some concerns initially. Brodie the general manager responded to my previous poor review and agreed to meet me at a convenient time on my schedule. He explained the level of experience of the repair person, 4 years experience. We discussed how it looked and what parts were replaced. He even offered to redo the repair if I wanted this. I feel the original job done (now that I understand more) was excellent. No one will ever be able to tell! They fixed it in a reasonable time and fixed fully at the expense of my neighbor's State Farm insurance. So free to me. Very happy. Thanks, Classic Collision and Brody the General Manager.

I cannot say enough great things about the crew here at Classic Collision. Katelyn made me feel so comfortable and reassured that my car was in great hands. She kept in touch throughout the weeks with updates on how it was going. They also did an amazing job detailing my car which was such a nice touch. 12/10 recommend!!!!!

My car’s front bumper was damaged by an uninsured person who left no name or address! State Farm’s list of companies who could do the repairs included Classic Collission. I am so glad I picked them. From the front desk all the way to the owner, they are professional and courteous. Justin was assigned to provide the estimate and get the work done. Behind the scenes, he worked with State Farm and got the approval to proceed; kept me informed of the progress; completed the project before his own deadline. Their followup is also wonderful. I recommend this company unconditionally. Justin deserves 5 stars!

I had a difficult situation to resolve with my car and I was taken care of at this shop. There was some back and forth about getting things adjusted again after the work was done. It could have been a nightmare of a process but it was handled smoothly by Justin and his crew. There were a couple of hiccups but they explained everything in detail so I didn’t feel like any work was happening without my consent and stayed in communication if any parts were delayed. Overall I’d recommend this shop.

Very poor job of communicating parts of the claim being denied and calls customers unpleasant for calling and asking simple questions about status updates and get upset because they don’t like when customers are upset when status of the vehicle isn’t communicated properly

I recently had Classic Collision repair extensive hail damage to my truck. They ended up doing an outstanding job! From the initial set-up for the work to be done, their continual updates, and the final outcome was perfect. The Customer Service was spot on. They worked extremely well with my insurance. I would absolutely recommend and would use Classic Collision again.
