They "fixed" my vehicle and then by the time I got home the bumper was falling off again. I called the shop to have this looked at again, but they refused to take care of the issue. Ridiculous. Do not come here even if Geico refers you here.Service: Body & Trim

WARNING! I just took my car to Classic Collision on Menchaca Rd because I was in an accident this afternoon. WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a business. The person assigned to me watched as I struggled to open my car door wide enough to grab my keys off the floorboard without touching the car next to me and then proceeded to SCREAM at me that I had dented the car next to me--which I hadn't. He continued to scream at me that I had wrecked the car he'd just worked on and told me to leave bc he wasn't going to work on my car. DO NOT TRUST Classic Collision with your car if you expect professional treatment!

Classic Collision is amazing. It's never fun dealing with the aftermath of an accident, but everyone at both Menchaca offices was super kind and patient and helpful throughout the process. Jason was especially amazing - he explained everything to me without hesitation, kept me updated, and communicated with insurance to save me the hassle. I had a great experience with Classic Collision and I do recommend them for major body work and repairs.We were visiting Dallas when someone side swiped my on the highway absolutely destroying the rear left passenger door and tire.We repaired the tire in Dallas but GEICO recommended Classic Collision for all of the body work.GEICO set up the appointment for us and they were able to start working on the car as soon as we got back to Austin, which was great.They told us it was going to be roughly two weeks and it ended up being done in a little over a week.When we picked it up it looked amazing! You literally couldn't tell at all that it had just been in an accident!We've had the back now for about a month and haven't experienced any problems. If anything go wrong in the future and its related to the damage then I will update this post.As far as customer service, all the mechanics that I talked to during the process were very friendly and informative...The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because although the mechanics were great, the customer service at the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. They weren't rude at all, just not the most welcoming or attentive.All in all the experience felt easy and the result was excellent. I definitely recommend this place for collisions repairs.

We used them to fix our car because they are our neighbors. No issue with the work. They sent automated updates with the wrong dates for finish twice, then told us on Monday when we inquired that we "may have a shot at getting it to you this week, it will be in assembly Wednesday" so we rented a car to carry us through. We rented it on Tuesday at 2pm. At 4:30 we got an email that our car was done early. We emailed them asking why they didn't let us know their completion dates were off and it had been moved up? Our rep Dylan sent us an email letting us know he was in the right, we were in the wrong and thats it.The manager Mitch talked down to us, condescension beyond, absolute zero tact or customer care. "Things just change maam" was one of the gems. "I'm sorry you're upset Miss" multiple gems. His excuse for our rep (Dylan) not giving a heads up that the car was moved up by three days? Dylan was at the dentist that day. We asked if someone else was able to help his customers? No answer. Little Mitch continued the talk down instead.Total garbage customer service by the tiny little sad specs of management. Great service by the women up front. We will be letting every customer through our doors and the adjacent mechanics shop next to us know what type of people they employ in management at Classic Collision Menchaca. We've been in business down here for a while and can't even fathom handling an issue like the one we had in that manner with anyone, never mind fellow tradespeople neighbors.

The worst ever customer service and supervisor experience. It was horrible from the beginning and decided to not have them work on my vehicle.Supervisor was Completely unorganized and stated they did not receive claim estimate even though it was confirmed days before. The supervisor stated that they were not a Mercedes accredited collision center and that being an in-network collision center with Progressive is not good. That being an in-network collision center only gets the work done fast but the work would still look like it needed to be repaired. Did not offer or mention any confidence that they could do the minor body work and replace a window and broken window motors. I would never recommend to ever use Classic Collision off Menchaca.

When they were finished with my car it looked good from the outside but they didn't reconnect my headlight on the drivers side. So I had to call and take it back for them to fix that. They never apologize for my inconvenience. Then later that same day it started to rain outside and the rain was leaking into my car. They didn't put on the weather seal on the drivers side door. That took a few rainy days of me waiting for that part to get delivered to them. And once again they never apologize for my inconvenience and their lack of professionalism. I found two things they didn't do which makes me wonder what else they didn't do correctly. I hope I never have to use a body shop again but if I do it will not be classic Collision.

Can't say enough good things about AMM! Had been dragging my feet big time on a bumper repair because my last body work (done by a competitor) was such a hassle. Was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly and FAST this went. Robert was on top of it from the beginning, got me in a few days later to give him time to order what he needed and kept me updated every step of the way. As a result of his smart planning, my car was out of there in 2 days and looks brand new. Once I filed the claim I didn't talk to insurance again - they handled all of it. Both State Farm and Infiniti both told me that AMM is who they prefer to use. It was as painless as it could be. AMM will be my go-to from here on out.

I've used AMM Collision for all my auto body repairs for the last 6 years. That's two personal vehicles and four commercial vehicles for my business. These guys do excellent work quickly and efficiently. Their customer service is top rate! Friendly, fast and accommodating. They make it easy for me and that's why AMM will continue to get all my business. My last visit literally took only 15 mins because they preordered the part and called me in when it arrived. I've never had a bad experience, and yes.... I've done business with them around 6 times in the last few years. Highly recommended! Thanks once again guys for the great service! I really do appreciate it. As they say, time is money!

I cannot recommend this body shop. The staff are rude and incompetent. A white jacket I left in the back seat of my car was covered in a black substance and I was lied to and told they had done an alignment but upon going to the dealer I was told that had not actually been done. I won't ever do business with this establishment nor recommend them to anyone. The previous owners Cedar Park Body and Frame were outstanding.

Very rude, shiesty like. When I came back because my car was making a weird noise after I had it fixed. We rode around he heard the noise but said it wasn't their fault. I asked he could look at it and he said, no. I tried to ask more questions but he said he was busy.
