Had a horrible experience at metro pcs today in Austin Texas, the store on parmer couldn't take cc and had no cash for change, so I went to the one on pecan in PF and that girl wouldn't let me pay, saying I have to wait til my due date the 11th to pay. What's that about. Only conclusion I can come to is that this location is scamming people, only accepting monthly payments so they can collect the 5.00 a month service fee. Very slimy of metro pcs to allow this practice.

Ok this place is awesome the ladies who work there are excellent at customer service they will solve your issues and get you hooked up. The 1 st time I was in need of service and homeless she took the amount I could pay gave me a great phone with a screen protector and case , the 2 nd time just normal but gave me everything I wanted, tonight I lost my phone she was closed but she used my upgrade and insurance and got me back online tonight. Cilila I believe is her name go see her tell her Tomahawk sent you
