We had a wonderful dinner here and enjoyed the atmosphere. We ate inside booth, was not loud as one of the reviews said to book at a booth. Enjoyed the chicken sandwich, brisket, chips and guacamole. Express Martina was amazing. I would go back again, really enjoyed it.

One of the best food experiences! First time in Austin and this spot will be a must visit for now on! Katie took care of us the whole time and all of her recommendations were spot on!!! If you are considering I highly recommend you do it!

Everything we had was amazing. Our server Katie made the best recommendations from the salty Smokey edamame, to the brisket wontons. She was amazing and made the meal exceptional!

Amazing food with fresh ingredients. Desert amazing and shareable. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Ambiance was well suited for the theme of anthem but a little dimly lit for reading menus and music a little loud. Otherwise great time and would definitely recommend.

Amazing food and wonderful service. We were a bit overwhelmed by a table of 16 fratbros but otherwise amazing. Aim for a booth in the front room not high top room for the best experience ?.

Food is all I really care about unless the service is terrible and this place has decent food. Overpriced cause if location but decent. Definitely worth giving a shot if you're on Rainey.

We had a great experience at Anthem. We were seated at a nice romantic table for 2 by the front window and greeted by a friendly server. We ordered and appetizer and a couple of small plates to share, all of which were excellent. However the hit of the evening was the Japanese waffle cone dessert. We considered coming back to Anthem again before we left town just to have another but ran out of time. Definitely put Anthem on your short list and don't forget to look for Tom Selleck while you are there!

The service was excellent and everyone we encountered (our server, hostess, bartender, other servers) were all so friendly. We enjoyed everything we ordered, wine included. The chips and guacamole were excellent and very fresh. The brisket rangoons- absolutely delicious. And we split the salmon and lo mein entree and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would recommend everything we ordered and look forward to going back in the future.

Didn't get any food here, but there are cashews in some dishes that I noticed, so be careful with a nut allergy!I came in on a Friday night around 8PM. The place was about half packed, but I noticed a number of empty tables had "Reserved" signs so I suggest getting a reservation if you plan to come with a group. I saw a group wait about 15 minutes while I was seated at the bar.On Friday nights, Dub Academy comes in and have up-and-coming DJs play some sets. Great time to come in and listen to some new mixes. I sat at the bar for a few sets and had the Lychee Lowdown. As other reviewers note, this goes down really easily and is a great tropical cocktail. The only downside is parking. You'll be paying $40 for two hours in nearby lots. Hopefully come in with a group or find some street parking and walk!

Good was good, but music was way too loud. Couldn't hear anyone talking.

I stopped here a couple days into my first visit to Austin because it was close to my hotel. I was looking for a light early lunch before heading to the visitor center for a bus tour and it was perfect. I picked it because of their Wild Horse NA drink called my name. The Horse was perfect... all the flavors I loved when I used to drink alcohol, but with a spice level that hits you in the back of the throat. I like the spice but this is definitely a small sipping drink. I tried the charred edamame and shishito pepper queso. The queso was great but didn't have much of a kick (the odds of shishito spiciness were probably in play here). The charred edamame was the star. Perfectly charred and salty but not overly so, with a great real tasting smoke flavor. I need to figure out how to make this dish! Portions were great for the price... I reheated my leftovers the next day for a light lunch and it was perfect. You could stop here with a group and easily get three or four apps and sides for 5-6 people and everyone would be happy.Staff was friendly and attentive without being overly so. Very nice atmosphere... interior is chill and right between casual and "yeah, you could take fancy business people here for lunch!" Very nice outdoor seating but there is currently construction across the street. If I make it back to Austin I'd like to try more of the menu, but will definitely get more of the edamame.Wheelchair accessibility: Anthem is ground level, there are booths but also table options. Outdoor seating appears very accessible. Doubt there are parking options and I didn't check out the bathrooms... I don't have any physical needs so if you do your mileage may vary.

I felt very cared for on my visit. I was in Austin for business and needed food within walking distance on short notice. I came at a busy time without a reservation, and they were all filled up. Instead of sending me away, they gave me a table and said I could have it until XYZ time which was about 2 hours from then. I told them I'd be gone in 45 minutes. I saw this same scenario happen over and over and I was like these people are so nice. I placed my order but wanted to sample something else if it was possible. They went to the kitchen to find out and came back with an entire order and gave it to me for free! Needless, I left there stuffed and with a box in hand lol. Everything was delicious. The vibe is very trendy, and the music was loud (in a good way). I'd come back if I'm ever in Austin again.Kid-friendliness: This is not a place for children.
