Love the store and all the gorgeous finds. Even though Taylor ( a very sweet gal!) at checkout corrected the ringing mistake and I got an additional item I wish my ceramics were wrapped in a tissue paper to prevent from breaking. Several ladies asked if I needed assistance which was nice but overall their attitude could be a bit more welcoming.

It’s anthro- it’s in Austin. I like that this store has free, convenient parking. This store has a smaller home selection than the San Antonio store but they have a lot more of the clothing in stock.

This Anthropologie store location was a large space full of apparel and gifts. It was a bit classy and luxurious. I alway shop next door at Book People and REI but it was my first time here to find a gift for my mom. It was full of women and walked around browsing. There was plenty of apparel for the casual person and those who want to impress for the Austin nightlife. They did have some Texas Longhorns stuff. This store was too young for my mother's taste but did find a few gift items like candles and soaps she would like. The staff was very nice and easy checkout.

While shopping here, I noticed several opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Assistance and customer service from employees (register and floor) regardlesss of customer diversity would elevate the overall experience. I hope the manager (Lauren) follows up on the opportunity we discussed.

this store is beautiful and love ❤️ every collection. But the custumer service it’s horrible and also online service. I bought a dress cost 💲 200.00 and the made big mistake ordering for me , now i have days trying someone professional fixed they problem and give me my money 💰 no one it’s professional and responsables enough to fixed the problem they just said they no coming to work or every manage put me in the phone next day no one work there with that name . definitely suck . i still no have my money back and no one staff there do they work

I recently went to this anthropology looking for a new pair of work pants and was helped by an amazing salesgirl! I wasn’t loving anything that I had picked out for myself but Calla helped me by bringing me things that I wouldn’t have picked out for myself but ended up loving so much that I ended up getting! Calla was so extremely helpful and I will totally be back !

I went into this Anthropologie yesterday to do some exchanges and returns. The store was super clean and the staff were all so friendly. I needed to write this review to shout out Victoria who helped me with my transactions. She is the best retail person I have ever encountered. She was patient, asked clarifying questions, and over all I could tell she was really trying to help me out and that made our interaction so awesome. She deserves the world!

I found a treasure trove of fun clothes here. In perfect time to take an Italian cruise. The staff was incredibly accommodating and had great fashion sense. What a fun experience!

If you ever want to know what it would feel like to have the super power of invisibility, you should definitely come to this specific Anthropologie as soon as you can! Have I had the same experience at every Anthropologie I've ever been in? Yes, on occasions. But I tell you what, this location is ~consistent~ with the aloofness. I'm not really sure who these gals that work here think they are by just simply acting like customers don't exist when they enter or walk past, but it's really gross. I think the one star I had to leave is actually justified, though, because as I was leaving this afternoon there was one polite and friendly employee who made direct eye contact and smiled at me. I actually hope she didn't end up getting in trouble for making a kind and welcoming facial expression to a customer. ??

I love Anthropologie, but honestly, I do not understand who selected these clothes for us to wear in this 100+degree weather? 100 % polyester, cartoon colors (BUT WE ARE ADULTS !!!) Who wears this?? Princesses? Honestly I can't...

Large bright well displayed store- lots of inventory and very helpful staff. Well stocked sale room too. Always willing to take a return no matter how long ago it was purchased. Fun dresses, jeans and accessories to choose from
