Contacted Customer Service this morning for a pretty minor issue with my new phone I purchased. First I was given information I knew was inaccurate. Advising me to attempt to obtain my $45 refund through my phone carrier, Cellcom-- which obviously they would not do as I made the purchase 100% from Apple and all that information is on my account of course. So when I said that I was told to call AT&T for the refund. Again, AT&T isn't going to reimburse me for something that APPLE charged me for. So I stated this again. Then I was referred to a different department that is not open. Also, representative was very slow to respond-- even to simple questions. Not very friendly, at one point one of his responses was "Ahh sure Maria" which using my name like that especially, definitely indicated, well not anything positive, the opposite quite actually. Not satisfied with this service, Apple is a huge company and the employees/reps/etc should be very well versed with this information.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!I'm so excited that I upgraded to Sonoma the new OS, not only does my computer fan run continuously now, but I lost a whole gig of ram, and it runs slower, so awesome. Here's the best part I'll probably have to buy a whole other computer now because just like my last computer three years ago, which stopped working after I updated the OS even though it worked perfectly fine up until doing that. I'll have to upgrade which means spending another $2500 of money I don't have. Thank you Apple so cool of you. I am trying my best to help you get to a $3 trillion market cap so that all you guys can get more stock options and bigger payouts. That's my goal too on the Apple team - you're awesome thank you here's to you!

#racist #asianhate #stealing #neverreceivedorderWe recently bought an Iphone 14 pro max 1TB from Apple and they gave us options to have it home delivered. Apple used UPS for delivery my phone which I paid for in full - total of $1800.00 - but I've never receive the phone. I suspect the UPS delivery woman stole my phone because she parked in front of our house for a while then rushed the box to my dad and left in a hurry. On the UPS tracking website it said that signature required but she never asked for signature and we did not sign anything. 15 mins later, we open the box and found out it is an empty box (which was not completely sealed, there was no tape on both sides of the box), nothing in there. We contacted both Apple and UPS but both parties kept kicking the ball and no one take the case into serious investigation. Apple refused to refund me the money. Both parties caused me so much stress and anxiety without doing anything to protect their consumer. I lost $1800.00 and left with fury. I shared the story on Facebook page of my neighborhood. My neighbor said they lost their MacBook the same way but they got refunded. Seems like Apple and UPS treated us differently because of our skin color. I am going to sue them for racial profiling and stealing. They hired employee without background check and allowed criminal to steal from their customer.

I've used Macintosh for 25 years. And it is a brand with a poor quality culture that constantly releases new products and slows down an old model as a system. I've been doing the same job for 20 years. And even if the machines are 100 times faster, you can do everything at the same time. nothing changes. only Apple bosses' tripe and bank accounts swell...

Very professional and efficient. Scheduled appointment began on time and assistant was very knowledgeable. Go prepared with questions and any other issues you need to know about. They will ask you and you'll feel d*** when you think of something after you leave.
