I have done two leases on a commercial vehicle, with Ally finance that Apple put me in with, I gotta tell you it’s the worst finance company I’ve ever dealt with my life. Hands-down, the worst Customer Service ever, and it just seems that after I bought both of the trucks or at least them if you will. I can get no help. I’m actually trying to pay them and get on a payment schedule, automatically withdrawn From our checking account, which is a business checking account. I’m getting zero help from anyone. their service sucks. I would stay away from Apple Leasing as much as I could.

Ive sent emails and called can only reach front office then always sent to a voice-mail that never gets a return call
Been almost a year now of trying to reach you to discuss our options with our 4 vehicles we got from apple leasing with 0 response after reporting major issues with all the vehicles
After another week of calls and emails i can only find myself here leaving a review of my negative experience as we still need to speak to someone but no other communication options are available.

As a small company that is growing, we needed a few used company vehicles, but after dealing with a few used car dealers in n the area, Houston and Dallas, we were left very frustrated and felt like we could not trust anyone. That is until we reached out to Apple Leasing. Time Morris and Toby were honest, gave us a great deal on a used van, and gained a customer for life. With other dealers, they would tell us what we wanted to hear, even though they were lying. Tim and Toby told us everything about the van, the good and the issues, clear pricing and once we decided to buy, we had the keys within the hour. Crazy how easy they made the process and earned our trust. We can’t thank you enough for helping our small business grow wisely. We can’t wait until we grow enough to make another purchase from Apple Leasing.

Unresolved Issue — Unprofessional and Untrustworthy Experience
I recently ordered a truck through Apple Leasing for my small business. At first, Brian was very responsive to every email and call. I was very clear from the beginning that my only two requirements were a crew cab and a standard bed pickup truck.
Brian told me he had secured a truck for me and had it wrapped by Apple Leasing. When I arrived to pick it up, I immediately noticed it was a crew cab with a short bed, and the wrap was already peeling off the back window. It was clear that Brian rushed the deal and ignored the basic requirements we discussed.
Brian admitted his mistake and promised to replace the truck, but over three months later, the issue is still unresolved. Communication has completely stopped despite multiple follow-ups.
Having a standard-sized bed is critical for my business operations, and Apple Leasing’s failure to correct their error has cost me time and money. At this point, it’s clear they have no intention of making things right. I’ve requested that they cancel my lease — with no response.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Justin has been excellent as our leasing representative over the last 4 years. He is very responsive & always is transparent in everything he does. Cannot recommend apple leasing high enough. We lived in Dallas for 4 years but Apple Leasing still held our lease and make sure everything was cared for during our entire experience.

My daughter has leased 3 vehicles from this company and through a man named Justin. She has triplets and has always leased due to financial strains of being a single mom. Recently she tried to get the payoff to get out of the current lease she has that was costing her right at $1,000.00 per month for her payment. She has had this Tahoe for 3 years and paid by automatic drafts each month. Apple has a safety built into incoming calls that want to get out of the lease. They stall you with payoff information, call your lease contact and within minutes you will be called by your friendly lease person from Apple. This is to try to keep you on the hook! The last time friendly Justin even tried to rewrite ANOTHER 5 year lease on the same Tahoe she was calling about! So yesterday my daughter calls me and wants to go look at Tahoes. We make a deal with a local dealership for a new 2026 model. She still has the lease with Apple for another 3 years so there is a HUGE PAYOFF to exit the lease. We have the new Tahoe ready to pick up with financing all set and the Tahoe waiting outside to drive off. The dealership just needed to get the confirmation of the exact payoff that they were going to make to Apple. They called and said it would be at least 1 1/2 hours before they could get that. It was 3 pm in the afternoon. Dealing with Apple in the past made me realize that they were going to wait until close to 5 and say it would be Monday before they can get that information. Here's the real story. As soon as my daughter got off the phone with the office requesting the payoff she gets that call from Justin. I mean just minutes from the time she hung up. She had Justin on the speaker phone and you could tell he was angry! He even started cursing to my daughter and using the F word. When I spoke up to Justin he said he was sending the payoff to her. Then while we were talking on the phone the payoff came to her email. HE had it all alone!!!. Dealing with people is about TRUST and feeling that they are HONEST. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! It is my understanding that Justin is ONE of the owners. What a company attitude!!!

I am sad to say that I had a bad experience trying to lease a car. I wantes to lease a Toyota Gran Highlander. So was conacted by Dale K from Apple lease on 8/19/24. He asked me for a lot of personal info to start the program and he shared his phone number. Then he wanted to setup a meeting with me and my wife. I texted him to meet on Friday of 8/23 at 9am. Unfortunately, i never heard back from Dale.
