Brought my phone in for a battery replacement. Ran diagnostics for 30+ minutes, only to be told their service staff is at capacity and I could come back to the MALL another time to drop it off. Talked to Habib in a stall and he replaced it in 10 minutes. Thanks for wasting my time Apple just like I wasted my money on this phone. Also, 3K for a VR headset? Y’all smoking?

They told my gf her iPhone 13 pro was dead and unable to charge. They said it would be $600 to fix, and then tried to persuade her to buy a new phone ($1k+). Just took it into an independent repair shop - the charging port is dead and it just needs to be charged wirelessly. The fix cost $20.

Do not go here -I bought my phone online and came to pick it up and ask them to help me transfer all my data to my new phone which is their job to help costumer.The person that help me transfer all my data is sarcastic and rude.

Very helpful and a reservation for demo of the Apple Vision Pro went well.Note: If you shoot video with the headset it will not be 4k but lower res 1080p. There is no zooming. Better picture quality using a iPhone 15 pro and putting it up to iCloud to watch on the headset. No still picture in spacial mode on the iPhone 15 pro but there is a spacial still mode on the headset.
