Very polite staff, but did everything they could to try and get me to buy a new phone instead of just simply replacing a battery. Didnāt even open my phone to diagnose it.

This place is crazy busy, especially at this time of year. I went in with basically a question and got more of an answer than I expected. Have some Airpod Pro 2 earbuds about 5 years old, one of which went through a laundry cycle. They did a diagnostic test in them and found that both buds had unrepairable noise/static in them and, even at their offer of replacements, it would be less expensive to get new ones. Maybe I will also look to buy the Apple extended warranty and then replacements will be way less expensive.

Excellent customer service. I came here to pick up a few products that I ordered. The Apple staff here are very nice and courteous, even though it was very busy at the store. Special thanks to Lauren, and Maha at Apple Store at the Domain , for their help in explaining more details about the products that I had ordered. These details were very helpful for me.

The employees are decent & try their best to help. The process of appointments, getting a repair, buying a product, etc is the worst Iāve seen in my experience. 4:15 appointment, didnāt actually get helped till 5:11. Another hour with them going to the back to check this or authorize that. Finally made our way out by 6:45 ish. They do not let you know when the repair is done- they give you an approximate time for you to come back to the store to check if it is. I came back at their approximate time and the repair wasnāt done for one thing or another. Waited another hour till they said they no longer have the parts available we need to go to Barton creek store location. Like I said nothing against the employees. You would think the leading brand in the world would be able to better their process? At least text when something is done? lol

My support executive was Sean and he is really the best. They tried to help me until the end, trying their best to resolve my finicky issue with T-mobile account. He was really patient and stayed on call with Tmobile representative for an hour to address my issue.
Very understanding team.

Iām really disappointed in the service here. I went in last night to trade in my 13 pro for the 17. Now the 13 was a gift so I never bought my own iPhone and understood the process. But I spoke with a gentlemen named Russ who said the trade in value was 230$. Okay cool, it wasnāt done backing up to iCloud yet so we decided to purchase the phone and drop the 13 off today to trade in. I was never informed about a diagnostic test to proceed with the trade in. It had unknown water damage in the camera which I wasnāt even aware of because the camera worked great on the 13. They proceeded to tell us that it was only worth 50$ now. I had already purchased the 17 for full price, I was looking forward to my 230$ trade in value. To keep a customer, you guys need better communication itās not fair that I didnāt get the full trade in value, after I was assured the night before Iād have it. They made the sale and the lead said there was nothing she could do. Keeping your word goes a long way, and thereās no reason this big of a company couldnāt offer that value after I dropped almost a 1000$ on the new phone. I wanted to be a happy customer and this whole process really was uniformed and inconvenient. End of story I sold it at an outlet store elsewhere and they gave me more than apple offeredā¦.
