Rarely have I ever been as stunned as by Anibal's horrific behavior. He came to tow my car and wouldn't drive 1 mile (4 mins) so I could cash my check even though this was agreed upon before hand. He was threatening and made me feel afraid for my safety. He said "I get paid the same regardless." Clearly they don't care whatsoever about their customers or reputation. Anibal was hostile and aggressive and ultimately let me know I had two mins before he drove off, then announced he wouldn't take my car anyway and ripped up my check in front of me and physically prevented me from taking a picture of him or his vehicle. He was snooping around my car and looking inside it when I wasn't there. Aquiles should fire this soulless scum. I will never use this company ever again and encourage you to all to avoid them at all costs. These are horrible people. They will lie, cheat and steal your money with absolutely no conscience, they do not care. I would give a subzero rating if I could. This was scary. And shocking that anyone would ever behave this way towards another human being. You have been warned!

I am here to pick up my truck and he is not here which by the way I called before coming here and he said be here within the hour and guess what I am here before the hour and he is not here. I don't know what type of business he is running but my truck was not even parked in a tow area and took it from a construction site which he had no business being in the first place. Please watch out for Aquiles Towing & Recovery!

Aquiles Towing took care of me in a pinch on a late night tow when my road side assistance wasn’t getting the job done and then again on a scheduled tow to get my vehicle to a shop a few days later.Would use again should I need another tow.

I normally don't write reviews but I would say DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! they quoted me 135 and i told the guy what was wrong with my car. I let him know that I had two flat tires and he still quoted me 135 but when the guy got there he tried to charge me 220 because of the tires. Luckily I called another place that only charged me 175

I shopped around to find the best price I could get, and they did not disappoint! Some of the other quotes I got were pretty high. They were courteous, professional, and super easy to work with. The young truck driver that helped me drove safely and took care of my vehicle; I was happy to see that he was a conscientious driver. These are the people you need to call if you need to be towed.Service: Car towing

Extremely unprofessional. An Aquiles Towing truck came out of nowhere, backed into my driveway, and slid its hook under my car. I ran out of my house to ask the driver what was going on and he yelled "Repo!" and walked up to my car to take a look at the VIN without saying another word to me or answering any of my questions. Then he looked at the VIN, realized he had the wrong car, and goes "oh sorry" and takes off without another word. These guys scared the S*** out of me for no good reason AND dinged up the asphalt in my driveway. The worst part about it was how rudely I was treated before the driver realized his mistake. Unprofessional and creepy. An Aquiles guy pulled his truck straight into my driveway and slid his hook under my car. When I went outside and asked what was going on, he yelled "REPO!" and ignored my further questions while he ran up to my car and started inspecting it. When he determined he had the wrong car (my neighbor has a similar ride), he said "oops sorry" and quickly drove off, damaging my driveway in the process. I called in to complain and whoever picked up the phone tried to laugh the situation off. Typical creepy tow service.

My husband got his car stuck in the mud in our friend's backyard two nights ago and we went back this morning and I tried to pull him out with my car which didn't work.Aquiles Towing was the only company willing to help us, because other places told us they were worried about their tow trucks getting stuck in the mud while trying to pull him out. But Carlos was actually able to pull him out without getting into the mud through some very clever work arounds! But before he arrived (in about 15-20 minutes!), I told my husband I would move my car to a different location and got stuck in a ditch. Carlos was able to get my car out of the ditch without damaging the bumper at all! Which is amazing because it was in a tough spot. I will never treat my Camry like a four wheel drive ever again and I don't think we'll ever park in mud again, but just in case you've been an idiot, thankfully there's Carlos at Aquiles Towing to help.

These guys were my heroes today. I got a bad flat and couldn’t drive, and my roadside assistance wasn’t giving me an ETA or confirmation.
