Went in for carpet shampoo and got out with carpet looking and smelling like new. Three employees worked on carpet which cut down on wait time. And, Matt, station manager, honored 25% discount promotion though I, technically, may have not been eligible for it. Staff were friendly, actually smiled while providing customer service. Prices are reasonable, competitive...with applied discount was a bargain. Also, what initially attracted me to Wash Room was their website. The Wash Shop offers comprehensive auto detail membership packages as well as al la carte deals you can purchase separately, which is what I did, being on a budget. I bought the $79.99 carpet cleaning service and got a free car wash with service. Prices and services are in easily explained format/groupings on website. I had been looking at auto detail websites for over two weeks on where to take my car for carpet shampoo. Search is over, Wash Shop is a keeper now for my auto detailing needs.

Excellent car wash! We have all of our cars on the monthly plan and couldn't be happier. The service is always top-notch and the staff is very friendly. We highly recommend it -- we wouldn't take our cars anywhere else!

I will definitely be back, but when the light is on next door so I'll have a snack! The prices are reasonable. I got a wash and vacuum. I have a small SUV. The service did not take very long. The service provider was friendly. My car is very clean and shiny. I will definitely come back in the future for a detail.

it’s unfortunate im having to write this review after being a customer here for the last 10 years, but i brought in my truck on 3/31, and as i was pulling into the parking lot i put up my late grandfathers ring into a compartment that’s kind of hidden and a place they don’t clean, and as soon as i got in and checked to make sure it was still there, it was gone. 100% stolen without question considering i put it there 30 seconds before arrival and told myself to double check before i leave to make sure it wasn’t stolen, and sure enough it was. They asked the detailer and he obviously said he didn’t know where it was. was there for 2 hours waiting for a cop to arrive and file a report. It’s an irreplaceable ring that holds a lot of sentimental value to me. Very unfortunate one of their employees had to steal it, because he will not get near the worth out of it that it was worth to me. Do not visit this place!

I wish I had seen the 2.6 Star Yelp rating before I went yesterday. Because I wasted $60 and two hours on a terrible wash job. And it's not like it was a difficult car to clean. A one year old SUV with 2400 miles on it. The reason I came here rather than the Arbor Car Wash where I usually take my truck to is that I wanted the film on the inside of the windows to be cleaned well. Plus, I was the GSM at the BMW store a mile away for 19 years and used these people for back up when our car wash was down. Man! Have they gone downhill! When the vehicle came out the rest of the car was ok, but the windows were horrible ! I told the girl at the cash register and she sent a guy out who promptly made the windows worse. Never again. Don't waste your time or money, find another place to get your car washed.

This is the only car wash + detailing business I go to. Am a consistent customer and absolutely adore the work they do! My car looks brand new and people compliment the cleaning job constantly. Just had mine done today and they're so friendly. Price is reasonable and it's my treat every 8-Ish months!

I have been a regular customer ever since I discovered this car wash. They are so nice and the was does a very good job of cleaning my truck! I love how relatively simple and gentle it is compared to other automated car washes. I subscribe so I can get a wash every time that darn truck steps in something!

Worst I have ever had. The car was not wiped down, the windows were still dirty, the dash and doors were untouched. When I raised this to manager she became defensive and did not even look at my vehicle she just assumed my expectations were too high. She was rude! After she, begrudgingly, had the car finished, it was nice, exactly as it should have been. BTW, she met me at the cc machine, upsold me to interior for +$15 bucks, and did not explain how limited it is until she delivered a car that did not even meet your minimal case standard. She kept saying that to get it wiped down I needed a detail. I am sorry but the dash was dusty the lcd screen was a mess, the windows were not clean, it did not meet your minimum.

In the year that I have had my car, I have been six times. I thought it was the best car wash I've ever had at $22 especially. New owners now $25 and I had to tell him to vacuum my mats. They had always rubbed off little spots on my mats before. Not this time. May have to look for another place now. The one on Jollyville Road.

UnBelieveable. Long time customer of Arbor Car Wash Hand detailing. Came in today to find that this is now "The Wash Shop". I came in at 1415 hrs to get my truck (F450) hand wash and wax and detailed. I was told they were not taking anymore detail work for the day. Previously, I was told they stop taking detail work at 1500 hrs. Once I was told no detail work after 1430 hrs. So I had to persuade the manager to take my truck in for detail (hand wax) service. For which the service has increased by $15, since my June hand wax. So I met the new manager and he was professional and courteous. However, when I went to check on my truck, it was parked at the rear of the car wash, parked in the FULL hot Texas sun, and they were hand waxing my truck. Not even parked in the shade. Now I admit to not being a rocket-scientist, but pretty much everyone knows that you DO NOT wax your vehicle in direct sunlight, especially when the ambient temperature is over 100 degrees (Austin, Tx). When I asked the manager, he said it was okay. So, I looked it up on the internet to show the manager WHY you don't wax your vehicle on a very HOT day, in direct sunlight. After a lengthy discussion he did move my truck to a shaded location. I will no longer be using "The Wash Shop", although I have been a faithful customer for over a decade. John

I went there with a relatively clean car that really only needed a full service once over; a $45.00 idea. What they tried to deliver was a wipe job by a blind man. There were easily visible bugs on the front grill, hood and windshield. Dirt dust and road film in all the door frames. Dust on the dash and center console. Of course someone would fix it. A woman went around with a spray bottle and a rag as I pointed to the obvious. I eventually gave up and told her to quit. I will not be back, and DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I took my 2017 Dodge Caravan with 130,000 miles in to be detailed and when it was ready to pick up it looked like a brand new vehicle inside and out. Could not be more pleased withe the service and details. Ron B
