About Armada Towing Service
Based on the reviews, Armada Towing Service is a great company with amazing technicians. Trent came to the rescue super quick, was efficient, and even offered to help. Casey came out in half the time and made it quick and easy with great advice. Adam went absolutely above and beyond for a difficult hookup situation with a heavy-duty Chevy 3500. Even in pouring rain, he took his time to ensure everything was hooked up perfectly, safely, and without damaging the truck. Othman is amazing, very knowledgeable, and super fast. The wait time was quoted over 119 minutes, but he was there within 30 minutes. James was an amazing technician who shot straight with fair pricing and no nonsense. The service is awesome, and customers will always know who to call when in need.

Ellison was absolutely fantastic. Met me at 6:30 am to pick up my car and bring it to the dealership after breaking down, got there QUICKLY, showed up with a Red Bull in hand for me, we talked of old Austin, and shared some laughs. Really satisfied with the service!
