I had a life-changing diagnosis when I stayed at the hospital and I just am glad that I had the doctors and nurses at Ascension Dell medical school. The nurses are above and beyond. I can't say enough about the nurses. The text were awesome. The people that clean my room were awesome. The food was great. The room was nice I was taken care of, and I was explained to exactly what I needed to do to manage my diagnosis.

Finally getting around to this. Last November, I went to the ER because I was in really bad shape. Dangerously overweight, having problems sleeping, and some other problems that probably would've killed me in a month. It was my second time in a hospital, but my first at this location as a patient. And they were excellent. The nurses, doctors, physical therapists, they really turned my life around. I'm over 100lbs down and counting. Still practicing a lot of what the therapists and dieticians taught me. They put me in touch with a clinic to help me stay on target and get the medication I need. The nurses had to do things that I could never help someone else with and were professional and compassionate in doing so. The blood work was less of an ordeal that at a different hospital where I stayed some time prior. My only issue is there was a doctor who was kind of a jerk about my weight and habits. I forget his name and I only saw him once or twice. And my family who kept tabs on what was going on hated him too. But everyone else-- couldn't speak more highly of them. And I'm so grateful for how they turned my life around. I still have a long way to go, but they got the ball rolling and saved my life. I hope to never have to go to a hospital again, but if I were, I hope it's with them. Thank you, Dell Seton. You guys were amazing.

$4,789.75 for x-rays! I waited 5.5 hours in the UT Dell Seton Emergency Room / Urgent Care with a serious elbow injury, and to my utter disbelief, my nightmare only got worse as the visit progressed.I waited for literally 5.5-hours. Yes, you read that right. FIVE AND A HALF HOURS. This was in URGENT care, and the lack of urgency was nothing short of appalling. The waiting room was crowded, yet it seemed like they were chilling. Everyone moved slow and seemed to not have any sense of urgency. After the first 3 hours waiting, I was given an x-ray of my elbow and then sent back out to the Waiting Area for another 2.5 hours! Despite the sharp and consistent pain I was in, they did not even consider an MRI, which was necessary. I begged 3 different people, and they wouldn't take an MRI.Their "solution"? A 500 mg Tylenol. That's right; they took an x-ray, and handed me a Tylenol and billed me $4,789 for this complete mockery of medical care.At the end of the day, I left the hospital with an x-ray, a tylenol, mentally drained and financially violated. The next day, I went to another place and they IMMEDIATELY did an MRI.I would advise anyone considering visiting this hospital to steer clear. I didn't receive any appropriate care and now I have a bill for $4,789. 75. Don't believe me? Look at the attached PDF as proof.I felt like I was being treated as a number rather than a patient in pain. Save yourself the headache (Tylenol won't cover it) and go somewhere where they actually care about youSeton l has lost all my trust, and I would give it negative stars if I could. Dell Seton gave terrible healthcare. Their main purpose was to extract money.

THE DOCTORS AND BOARD MEMBERS HERE ARE MOST CERTAINLY LACKING INTEGRITY AND ARE NOT BEYOND LYING TO PROTECT THEMSELVES. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PATIENT'S BEST INTEREST IN MIND--ONLY THEIR OWN. I was egregiously misdiagnosed with mental illness just because the doctors here couldn't find a diagnosis for my painful debilitating physical symptoms. I now have a false, defamatory mental health record and court record because the "brilliant" doctors here had me committed based on their misdiagnosis, and I have been stripped of my 2nd Amendment rights, not because of anything I did, but because of their incompetency and lies.I was dangerously underweight, dizzy, disoriented, in pain, could not eat, had several other horrible physical symptoms, and showed obvious signs of physical disability, but they wouldn't believe me because they didn't know what to test for, nor would they do a symptom search on the internet even though I gave them plenty of information to work with. I would say their skills of observation and evaluation are sorely and DANGEROUSLY lacking. Oh, yes, and the ER doctor actually called me a liar to my face. Hey, doc, get an education--you were proven wrong.Additionally, when confronted later with REAL medical evidence of my physical illness--validating the symptoms I reported to the doctors and negating the mental illness diagnoses -- the COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE and HOSPITAL BOARD MEMBERS refused to amend or expunge the false information in my records. THEY SHOULD ALL BE IN JAIL FOR MISDIAGNOSIS, FALSIFYING RECORDS, and REFUSING TO CORRECT FALSE RECORDS WHEN SHOWN PROOF THAT THEY ARE WRONG. THESE RECORDS, ONCE SHARED, WILL CONSTITUTE LIBEL BECAUSE THEY ARE SO EGREGIOUSLY INCORRECT, AND I HAVE PROOF. BUT THEY ARE IN CHARGE, SO THEY CALL THE SHOTS, AND I HAVE NO RECOURSE. THEY ARE THE EPITOME OF EVIL.

If I could give this hospital a 0 , I would. This hospital is the worst! My husband went in for back surgery and was in a lot of pain afterwards. They kept telling him they would get him something for pain and wouldn't come back for hours, then he would ask again for something for his pain and they would tell him ok and didn't come back for another hour. One nurse would tell him ok will give you some pain meds and what kind they we're going to give himAnd another nurse would tell him something totally different . These nurses don't know what they are doing! He will never go back to this hospital. I'm warning you, don't go!

If I could give this hospital 0 stars I would! This is not a hospital, this is a joke! I came into the emergency room on Sunday 6/25 . I came in with excruciating pain and I could hardly walk/stand. Everyone behind the receptions desk was extremely rude but what's worse, the nurses in the back are even worse! At a time when I want to receive good care, these nurses belittle you and make you feel like your in the wrong. The icing on the cake came at 3:25AM when the nurse came into the room to inform me that they were closing down the area and they would roll me and my bed onto the hallway. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. No privacy, people just walking by lights on and everything! When I asked why or how long I would be out in the hallway, no answer just an "I'm sorry". This place seriously needs to get raided by the Better Business Bureau.

I came in here last week for a concussion that I sustained while working in the Operating Room as a scrub tech. The security guards were very agressive towards me for some reason and even yelled at me. The nurses didn't care at all. I wouldn't come here again or recommend this place to anyone at all. Thanks.

Parking is right across the street. The nurses are great and very thorough. The doctors keep you updated. There is a cafeteria and a Starbucks, all on the 1st floor.

Picked up my son's Rx Saturday and things were fast and easy. Middle aged man at the counter was pleasant and agreeable.

This hospital ER does not deserve a star. My 76 year old mother was transported her from Seton Southwest to have surgery performed. The staff at Seton SW stated Dell was aware. Upon arrival to Dell the staff is not on board. They know nothing. Completely unprofessional. The arm is broken and even though surgery was recommended, she is put in a splint and sent home. It is a mad house! Filthy dirty! Sitting in this ER, you are sure to leave sick. Staff spends too much time in the nurses station gossiping, laughing, and simply wasting time. I will never come here or bring my family back.

Worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. They are trying to force employees to get meds refilled through them but will not deliver meds. I have been calling for 3 weeks for my prescription and every time I'm on hold for 20 minutes or more then hung up on. When I finally get through to someone I'm told they'll ship soon and then they never arrive. I can't drive all the way from Georgetown to Austin just to pick up my prescriptions from the main pharmacy.

Ok so story time. Lime scooters are dangerous. Straight up. I will one day ride them again with a much more cautious nature, but them shits is dangerous.I came here after getting in a scooter accident and breaking my clavicle. Everyone here was super nice and helped me get the attention I needed. Specifically my nurses Hayden and Angie were super helpful and reassuring to me that I was going to be ok. Also, morphine did it's job too lol.My doctor really went to bat for me when the head doctor was trying to do surgery on some other people before me, taking pictures of my injury to try to make a case for me to go first since I needed to go to home to Chicago in a few days, and couldn't get on a plane with a bone sticking out of my shoulder.I think my only complaint, and I'm not sure this is valid because I came in on a holiday weekend, was that it took foreverrrrrrrr. But that's healthcare am I right?
