It was a ghost town and it is messy and disorganized,they need help. I ordered online and the website said it would be ready in two hours more than twenty four hours later ,still not ready. I canceled and went in person. I would never shop here again ,I needed two items and they were the only store that had what I needed in stock .

I ordered the 20ft penguin online & picked it up in the store. It was a returned item. One anchor is missing, another damaged, & all covered in dirt. I was excited for the giant penguin inflatable, then I couldn’t even set it up because of the condition that I received it. I’m going to have to return it. It’s an inconvenience since I live over a half hour away from the nearest store & rarely travel in that area of Austin. They need to check the state of items returned before reselling them.
UPDATE:
This situation continues to get worse.
I was so upset that I just wanted to be done with it. I returned the 20ft inflatable penguin to the store & informed them of the condition that received it.
My boyfriend felt bad because it ruined my Thanksgiving because I couldn’t set it up that day. Getting a giant inflatable penguin for my front yard display was the only thing that made me smile in November after my dog of 14 years died on the 1st of this month.
He decided to order me the penguin & paid extra for it to be delivered the next day.
The order that my boyfriend placed ended up being the exact same 20ft inflatable penguin that I returned. They resold it despite being told by me that it was damaged in the first place.
How many times has this been returned & resold???
I emailed customer care this. I’m curious how they will make this right.

Looking for holiday items? Then this place is for you where has to have to most assortment to suit your needs. Their inflatables are huge! They have lots of artificial trees to choose from like tradition, big and small, eccentric, and different colors. Be prepared to spend a lot of time here where the holiday decorations are nicely organized like a Pinterest grouping. they also have lots of gift items too.
I purchased a small pre-lit tree and was perfect. It was good quality, but also walked out with other small items for gifts. The staff are friendly and checkout was fast.

I really want to like this place but it is not fun to shop here. Everything is low-end junk but prices are exorbitant. No interesting/unique finds. It's like a warehouse with stuff piled on top of stuff. There are unpacked pallets everywhere. Usually there are only like three people working.

I love this store!!!. Wasn't very busy. But staff was busy putting out seasonal merchandise.
Didn't find what I was looking for, but I found something better than expected. Some isles were a little cramped, but they were working on it.

This place is crazy. It's huge and has everything. Took my niece there and of course had to buy her a couple of things. If you don't feel like spending money, don't take your kid there. Everybody was super nice but there was only one person working the register which was sort of frustrating cuz it took a while and like I said I had a kid with me. But other than that it was a really enjoyable experience and we had a nice time looking around. Got a new fish bowl for my fish.
