BAD BUSINESS!!! You know that feeling you always have when you go to an auto shop and just hope they don't try to run up the bill? Well unfortunately this is the reality here. I bought my first iPhone back in January with a promise of a $250 dollar gift card as part of the store's promotion. Since then, I have not seen that gift card. The General Manager, Carlos, has completely ignored my email about this issue. The Store Manager, Chelsea, who comes off at first as a sweet grade school teacher, has avoided taking any responsibility for selling me the phone in a rather shifty manner. For example, she and the store tried to pass the blame on a "former" employee as the primary seller when I thought I lost the receipt. When I found the receipt a day later naming her as "the seller", she kept saying it all falls on ATT "customer service". Fiona, one of the young staff members (long curly haired pulled back), behaved incredibly unprofessional in this entire situation. Whenever I spoke to Chelsea or called the store location, she would "groan with displeasure" or call me "ignorant" under her breath. When I called customer service, they explained to me that this particular location operates independently from their company but agreed with my grievances and offered me a very small compensation. ATT has launched an investigation complaint against this store. Don't go here people! I've always used Android and I would have never bought that iPhone without the $250 promo gift card. They get commission here when they sell a product so they have every motive to rip you off!

Very pleased with my first time visit of this location. Made this long time customer exceedingly pleased. thanks.

I spoke with Noah, who would not give me a business card, last name or user ID. I needed a SIM card for my father’s phone in Mexico but he refused to give me one without the device present even though I am an authorized user. He was very rude and not what I would expect from an ATT establishment. I won’t be going back and hope they do a better job of customer service training.

When i signed up with AT&T, i traded my phone in, but i was never credited for it, and for about 4 months, i get getting the runaround when id call AT&T. so i began going in after the first month to deal with it, and the young lady Kristina, would be so patient and help me call Customer Services, get put on hold for hours over the last several months, and everytime AT&T would say something like, itll show up on the next bill, and it wouldnt, id be back in there with her dealing with. i'm so grateful to her; honestly, i would've changed Providers entirely if it wasn't for Kristina, she finally got things sorted out for me, and i hope they give her a raise or promotion or somethin because shes a gem of an employee!!

The guy I worked with, i believe Andres, was so helpful. Giving me every detail to every option in front of me before I even asked, felt super comfortable that I was getting the best set up. Got me in and out in nooo time at all with all the goods and even put on a screen protector for me. Freakin crushed it.
