It’s 11a. The store is supposed to open at 10a. There is a woman inside who just waves me away when I knocked and tried to ask her when they would open. Very strange.

I needed to add multiple new tablets to an existing business account. I specifically told the rep to add them to the existing data plan. Not only did the representative decide to put them on a higher tier plan that would cost us an additional $30/month per device without confirming, they also added insurance to each device without confirming we wanted it. In all, they tried to scam us out of an additional $45/month per device versus our existing plan. Luckily I caught it reviewing our account and was able to update everything. If I had a choice I would never deal with AT&T again. Carefully double check ANYTHING they change/add/remove to make sure the line items and charges align with expectations.

The service provider Aziz did an excellent job and provided an outstanding service. He was friendly and efficient in creating a new phone line for me. The eSIM installation was very easy and straightforward

This store on Oltorf is ok. The people working there are good. It's crazy that internet at the store doesn't work. So I would go elsewhere

Every time I’ve been to any AT&T the staff has always been super attentive and helpful, but not here. There was one guy working and he just looked over at me when I walked in. It wasn’t until I went walked up to the desk that I was like I’m here to look into a new phone. I chose the phone and everything, then he was like “yeah you can set it up somewhere you have WiFi it’s pretty self explanatory, just don’t mess up the first step bc you won’t be able to transfer you data over if you do”. I’ve never started the setup or transfer of data bc the AT&T staff usually handle the set up for me, so I sat there and did it myself because if anything went wrong I was still there. After the first few steps he goes “yeah so the rest of the process you can do at your house”, I didn’t do that of course and finished my 15 min iCloud backup until it was done. After that I was looking for a case and screen protector and he couldn’t even get up from the show he was watching to guide me on the right sizes and best options. I wish I left and went to another location, I will never be coming back.

Mark and Cruze and Kristina are absolutely amazing!!! The staff here make you feel wanted and take time and patience and the kindness people you’ll ever meet!! They are AWESOME!!
