I have never left a google review before, but Kai was extremely helpful to me after I've had a horrible past few days. I accidentally smashed my phone in a car door. I spent 2 days, forcing my friends to drive me to different AT&T stores trying to get a new phone. All of the stores told me a different problem that prevented them from helping me. After calling 5 different stores, this store was the only one that had an iPhone 17 in stock, but it was the very last one. Kai and Viktor were very helpful over the phone and I came into the store later. My phone was really messed up, and almost unusable, but Kai worked with me for over an hour troubleshooting different things to help me transfer my iCloud data to the new iPhone. Kai tried everything that he could to help me, while I was turned away almost immediately by 2 different AT&T workers, at different stores, the previous day. I'm grateful that the workers at this store treated me with kindness and respect, because I was having a really bad day. Thank you Kai & Viktor.

There was literally one guy in the store. I sat down and waited for 30 minutes while he helped another guy who seemed to be having a complicated problem. Not his fault at all but this store needs to hire more people.

Went to this store yesterday with a brand new iPhone and the manager on duty at (12/12/25 4:30pm-ishhh) at that location helped so much by doing so little. He gave us some knowledge while transferring my old phone data over to my new one. Parkings terrible but service is so-far-so-good!

We had such an amazing experience with Abbey Diaz at AT&T Southpark Meadows H25K store. She went above and beyond helping my husband and me combine our accounts and order new phones. Her patience throughout the process was incredible, and she never rushed us, even when things got complicated. Thanks to her determination and attention to detail, we were able to take advantage of discounts we didn’t even know we qualified for. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. Truly one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had! Thank you!

I got home and there was no internet. I ran some connection tests through the AT&T app, but it still wouldn’t work. I tried to contact customer service, but it was nearly impossible to get past the virtual assistant. Eventually, the automated system diagnosed my equipment as faulty and scheduled a replacement.
Later, I stepped outside and saw multiple AT&T trucks around the neighborhood. Turns out the entire area was without service — and AT&T already knew! They were actively working on it. So my device wasn’t the problem after all.
I tried to cancel the shipment, but after a long wait to speak with someone, I was told I couldn’t — I just had to return the new device once it arrived.
I’ve spent the entire morning trying to return it: I went to a UPS store listed as open on the map, but it was closed. Then I tried a FedEx location, but they said they couldn’t take it. I found another UPS store — also closed.
All of this because of a misdiagnosis by AT&T. I didn’t need a new device, and now I’m wasting time and energy fixing something that wasn’t even my fault. Absolutely frustrating.

My husband and I went into this AT&T location with the intention of buying him a brand new phone and merging our phone accounts into one account. There were no other customers in the store. The gentleman working told us he couldn’t do the account merger in store, that we had to call AT&T for that and that my husband should just wait 6 weeks for the new phone to come out because it’ll probably cost the same. We left thinking, wow, that guy was not even interested in selling us a phone today.
I called AT&T as instructed and they told me it had to be done online or in store. A few weeks later my husband actually went to another store where they told him they could gladly help merge our accounts and yes that IS something they can do in store.
Guess it depends where you go just how helpful they are.

Terrible customer service. I Went in to check if I had insurance coverage on a phone. The employee would not check because i'm not an authorized user on the plan. I told him who the authorized user was as well as the passcode for the account and he would not budge. All he would say is to call the company phone number. The store on W 5th St is much nicer and has very helpful employees. They helped me out with no issues.
