I have be with AT&T for long time with connectivity internet program for $10 a month. I was recertify in March 2023. I suppose to be satisfied again in March 2024, and approved for $10 a month for one year. Now they break the contract , they now put $70 dollar in my account to pay . They did not send me a letter in the mail telling me the plan is changed . And my contract is not over until March 2024 . They my service now I do not have Internet in my home. I did not know why AT&T want to be evil to the poor people. They gave me a discount Internet service,and they turned round and overcharged me with out warning. I cannot believe as big as AT&T. They’re ripping poor people off.
