Went to the store to have help resetting my Bluetooth settings for calls and got NO HELP. Faith showed me how to connect to Bluetooth, but said she doesn't know how to do anything else bluetooth related. I'm a little confused why would I come to your store if you don't have people trained with the devices. She literally made no effort to help me whatsoever and I'm a business owner so telling me I don't know doesn't go over very well. I would never say I don't know to a customer. Please get rid of Faith and hire someone with actual customer service and knowledge of Androids. I will never be back to this location. The best part was nobody else was in the store so there's no reason why she couldn't help me she just didn't want to.

Broke my phone earlier in the evening and without insurance, figured it was time to swap to ATT. Showed up 5 min before the store closed (I get it, uncool) but it was an emergency and was willing to swap to ATT in order to get a phone TONIGHT (or at least start the process as I work from home.) I was thrilled to make it in before they closed, unfortunately the male and female closing the store tonight deemed it more important to listen to their rap music than to convert and help a client so I will go back to Verizon in the morning to get a new phone and continue my plan with them. Lost 100$ a month-- just want to make sure guests know the store closes before the listed hours and ATT mgmt to know whoever closed the store on 6/9/25 cost you $100 MRR. Cheers

I worked with Brooke to get my Wifi router delivery issues worked out. She was on her game, knowledgeable, and patient, and I appreciated her dedication to customer care. Even as frustrated as I have been with my situation, my interactions with her were a high point of my day. Per usual, the representatives at this location are on their game.

I like using this location a lot! I recently set up new service with a representative named Andres. Not only did he save me a lot of money from what I was paying, but he always had a great attitude and did his best to find me the best promotion! I’m definitely recommending my friends and family to start visiting this location more often!

Justin is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. He was very helpful and was able to assist us in getting my husband a new phone and tablet for less monthly than his prior phone. 10/10 recommend this location

I came in with my phone not receiving or sending calls and texts, it was very important as I was waiting on a business call! Stephanie was able to effortlessly help me fix my issue and made me feel welcome in the store the whole time with great conversation that eased my peace of mind! I will definitely recommend this location to family and friends! 10/10

Currently sitting outside of this AT&T store, Sunday at 12:10 pm. The sign on the door, and the website, say they open at 12. There is no one here. Nice work.
