I do not recommend any services provided by AT&T. No one knows what is going on I was over charged for services with a signed agreement they still tried to over charge. Stay away from AT&T

AT&T sent 2 aggressive men to my elderly mother's home after 7p.m. on a stormy night. They knocked loudly and repeatedly, meanwhile having a loud conversation with each other. Neither wore company badges or clothing. One had Christmas lights around his neck. When I watched their behavior on the ring camera I called 911 as I really didn't believe they were company salesmen and felt my mother may be in danger.
After no reply from the Pflugerville PD, I tried to call AT&T to determine if in fact they were salesman. You cannot talk to a human unless you tell the Bot you want to buy something. Then you get a foreign call center who do not have access to any phone numbers of who to call in the US for help.

Beware of shady practices at this store. The rep signed me up for a $17/month protection plan without my knowledge or consent when upgrading a phone. I only found out after seeing unexpected charges on my bill.

I visited the AT&T store in west Austin, to be specific, 1011 W 5th St, Austin, TX 78703 yesterday . As a new comer , I really need detailed instructions about mobile plan, as well as an economic choice. The staffs at that store really helped me with a passionate and professional attitude, the whole process is very effective and concise. By the way, the signal of At&T is very good as well. I appreciate it

Mercedes did an amazing job and helped me with all my issues. She was expedient and fantastic. I accidentally selected that I was dissatisfied in the survey rather than extremely satisfied and it wouldn’t let me correct it. She was amazing and I am very satisfied. I hope this review finds it’s way to her manager and she is not penalized for my fat fingers.

Great experience!! Had lots of issues with trying to activate a phone. Roy was able to get me taken care of and was even able to save me money. This store is fantastic. They are a true AT&T store and can do repairs on site. Its a must visit for anyone with AT&T wireless service. Thanks Roy!

Jocelyn Jones, Assistant Store Manager in Austin, TX retail store, provided knowledgeable, courteous and prompt support during recent walk-in visit, when our phones went down during family trip!
While most companies provide similar coverage, it's the people who make the difference and Jocelyn is one of the reasons we've been loyal AT&T customers for over 30 years!

Was dreading going to the AT&T store on 5th Street, expecting the usual hassle. Even with notes on my account my situation was kinda unique. The store was empty so Got help right away which is a good thing
I sat down with this one rep never got his name unfortunately but he wanted to help and went out of his way to figure out my issue. Turns out they didn't have what I needed, but he pointed me to another store that did. It was clear he wasn't just trying to get rid of me , he wanted to make sure I got the help I needed.
Definitely not a flawless experience, but the effort was their and that's what matters. I'll be giving them another chance soon!

Took 3 visits over 2 days to buy a new phone and cancel the old one.
