I have visited this store again, because the employees long ago were excellent. BUT this new staff is Horrible, the gentleman was not very friendly and I visited again today because I have an order and he says it closes at 8 pm and I arrived at 7:20 pm to pick up and the man closed the door and I know he was talking on the phone. What a lack of courtesy.

I thought I had a great experience recently, but after receiving my first bill I realized I got suckered. My iphone recently broke so I visited the store to buy a new phone. I demanded and stressed that I wanted the same plan, no insurance, etc. I paid all of the upgrade charges and taxes out of pocket the night I bought the new phone. I just received my first bill and my plan was upgraded ($20+), insurance was added ($20) and the upgrade fee ($35) that I already paid was added. It's not really about the money, it's the inconvenience of having to call AT&T and straighten everything out. If you need changes I recommend you go through Att online, not the stores.

Vincent was a model employee. He went beyond the basic customer service we expected. He was flexible, accommodating, interactive with my kids, and very approachable. All questions were answered and nothing was left pending. Very professional and educated. He handled 3 customers all at once and made it look effortless. Winning employee. Great representation of your company.

I had an outright brilliant experience here. Vincent was outstanding and very helpful. He was able to help me trade in my phone. He was very patient throughout the long trading process. He went above and beyond with his customer service. Informed me of all the benefits I was missing out on. He got me set up with some perks that come with being an AT & T customer. Like getting discounts, wifi specials, and downright taken care of!! 10/10 recommend asking for Vincent next time you decide to stop by.
P.S: Also switch to AT&T - better service and perks in my personal opinion (a previous Verizon customer)

Had a very inconvenient and time consuming experience with this store upgrading my phone. I’d highly recommend taking the time to visit another store. I walked in to upgrade my iPhone and was told they had one in stock. When transferring data I was told the fastest option was to do it via internet. I waited over an hour trying to transfer with no success. As we were getting closer to closing time the store employee told me their wifi was too slow
And I’d have to do everything at home then return the old phone the next day. I asked why not just do a phone to phone transfer so I didn’t have to make another visit but was told we were nearing closing time. I asked for the employee to write out the exact instructions I needed to do. At home the process via internet only took about five minutes off my basic wifi plan. I returned the next day to drop off the old phone. When resetting the phone there was a a part of the process where I had to wait an hour before being able to proceed. I was told I could not wait the hour because they’d be closed so I’d have to go home and do additional steps on my own then return the next day. I asked why they didn’t just include this in the steps they wrote out. It did not seem like they had any experience in iPhone data transfers. Any upgrade I’ve ever done has been completed in the past in under 30 min. Three trips to this store. Save yourself the time and go to another location for your upgrade.

My experience at this AT&T store was characterized by inefficiency, disorganization, and apparent staffing shortages. The in-house manager seemed overwhelmed, and waiting over an hour to receive service is simply unacceptable. The staff appeared visibly frustrated and overburdened. I would strongly recommend considering another store in the area for a better experience. 9 customers currently waiting and 1 store employee.
