Usually have good service, but when I went in to trade my phone in the guy tried telling me my charging port was broken and said it cuts the trade in value by half... turns out the charger in store was broken. I knew this wasn't true, but he was about to cost me about $350 more for something that wasn't even an issue. I took the phone home thinking I had to repair it, and charged it through the charging port with no problem and will have to go in again.

I purchased an iPhone today with the assistance of Raul. I was fortunate that there were no other customers at 11:00 AM. I was transferring my service from another carrier. Raul explained my phone options. Explained steps as he went through the process. I felt I received excellent customer service and would recommend this AT&T location.

i don't know his name, but he had brownish hair and tattoos on his hands and knuckles. i think the ones on his knuckles were thorns. anyway, he was very nice to me about changing my legal name and prefix. he was super nice, excellent at customer service, and seemed very happy to help me. i was very anxious at first because i didn't know how someone would handle this situation, but he made me feel at ease and just like everyone else. which is amazing. if you’re reading this, thank you for being a light in a dark time!

Went to trade in our phones and it was probably our best & smoothest visit to AT&T ever!Rylund & Raul greeted us as soon as we walked in and since we knew exactly what we wanted Rylund got right on it. It was just an overall fantastic service. Kudos to both of them.

I wanted to message the store manager to let them know that they were not helpful and incorrectly referred me back to customer service call center as they said they couldnt help me. The salesperson wad nice, she called the manager on the phone--he was not so nice. I had gone to this store after speaking to customer service already (1800) regarding authenticating me as a user on my 85 year old mothers account so i could access it (her phone and she are in another State, and she is in memory care and unable to call herself). Customer service said any store could do it as they could not do it thru phone or online. After the store telling me to leave and call customer service, I called back to customer service who insisted, a second time, that the store needs to do it.Store Manager-- please note--customer service says to look up Article 000001362. This provides you with the instructions on how to validate a user with Power of Attorney document and ID (which I had with me). Please do not be rude to the next customer, and please call customer service yourself.

I went in because Apple's Genius bar had put my sim into multiple phones trying to solve an issue, and it caused problems with my SIM. The man working was very intelligent, polite, and helpful. The problem was actually not that simple and he still solved it quickly with a smile. Will definitely come back here if I need to.

This gentleman, on June 26 needs to be fired! talked down to customers, flirted with other customers, spent hours with these two girls, , "gave other customers the door" , or as modern speaking the middle fingerIf something isnt done , I will make a complaint to corporate, every week until I see him goneI am national manager of a retail company in San Antonio,i was apalled by the store managers , manners, language, talking down to customers, and flirting with others, he said i like to take my time , he turned away 4 customers happily.
