I had a very difficult phone situation and Joseph at the Allandale store near HEB on Burnet and it was amazing! He was kind, patient and know exactly what to do to solve my issue. I will definitely only use this AT&T location.

ELIZABETH IS A HERO!!!!! after days of back and forth with chat bots, instruction guides, etc I went into the store because couldn’t get my phone line moved to a new phone. This amazing human fixed it in five minutes!!!!!! Truly truly saved the day! Cannot say enough amazing things about her and this location!

Joseph is so wonderful, very informative and cares about his customers, customizes to your needs and is very good at his job. Went in to add a line and get the new samsung flip phone and came out with samsung ear buds at a discount and other offers , all because Joseph was thorough in his skills on the computer. HE IS A PRO AT HIS JOB AND ENJOYS HELPING PEOPLE...I'm not yelling I'm just emphasizing. He drove to another store to get me the flip phone, that was above n beyond and welcomed me to come see him for a 2 week check up on my account .. and explaind everthing I'd be expecting. Joseph is the man! Thank you! Give this man a raise or a bonus or a vacation ASAP.
