It was a great experience one of the sales Janese at AT&T, she was incredibly helpful and kind. She took the time to patiently explain my options and ensured I understood everything. Her friendly attitude and genuine desire to assist made the entire experience much smoother. It’s rare to encounter such outstanding customer service, and I truly appreciated her support!

Everything online says they close at 8p. I got there at 6:20p and the door was locked. There are no hours physically posted.

We made visit to this store today. We were the only customers at the time. The employee was sitting at the furthest hi-table. short version - she never got up to assist. She wasn’t able to log on.. we were the first customers of the day (it was noon) and so she had not logged on that day. It was almost odd in the complete lack of interest in selling a couple phones this employee was displaying. We’ll go online. The chatbot will at least pretend to want to do business.

Janese and Samantha were amazing in helping me find the plan and phone I needed. They made me feel confident in my purchase and made the process very easy. I called 5 stores before finally choosing this one. I even had a rep from another store tell me to go to Samanthas store over his. Finally got the phone and plan I wanted thanks to these ladies!!

Att gives pretty good discounts and I have several fold phones on att from Samsung. I love samsung phones but I am disappointed that the phone lasts about a year then you have to have the screen replaced. I was glad I had insurance on my phone it covered the replacement. Overall im more happy with att than tmobile but I get a lot of junk calls.

Just had a great customer service experience with CiCi at the AT&T store on Mopac at 2222. She was juggling multiple customers skillfully while trying to manage a testy customer (who seemed to have caused her own issue). I was not looking forward to finally replacing my old phone but it was pretty painless thanks to her.
