The employees in this store are either incompetent, lazy, or both. I came here several times in a month and each time the employees told me to call customer service, they could not handle anything themselves. They would not even accept my old phone for my trade-in and insisted I mail it in. Go elsewhere.

In early August I visited the store and exchanged my I phone 10 with a samsong z phone great service so far after a few days I decided to go back to I phone, I went back to the store and ordered an I phone 14, q few days later I received a text from the store that my I phone is there. I went back to the store picked up my I phone and I returned the Samsong phone back to the employee of the store ( a very cooperative person) , a few weeks later i received an email from ATT that they did not receive the Samsong phone, I returend to the store and the employee Gaby? checked the back and told me that the phone is there but she has been busy but she'll send the phone back to ATT in a few days, I receive another email from ATT yesterdays saying that they have not received the samsong phone and are charging my account $927. I was at the store this morning , the staff claim they never had the phone and have no documentation. I asked for the email or phone number of anyone that could help, her response was that she is the manager and would not give me any other info,HELPSomeone from this company's customer service department sent me an email requesting more info on this issue and a commitment to resolve. I provided them more info including dates and serial number of the device and ask them to review their security camera's tape for verification of my claim.I haven't heard anything back from them. I believe this is a case of outright employees theft or incompetency.I am loosing $972 because I trusted the company's staff to do what they said they will do, very sadAs of today I have not had any response to my complains. The only assumption I can make is that either they don't care or this practice is endorsed by the managements. They had all the opportunity to investigate and resolve this issue. but sadly nothing has been done

Worst customer service. Non-responsive to consumer questions. Do not return calls or texts. Blames AT&T corporate for their mistakes. Very rude managers and staff. Do not try and help consumers with refunds or credits. Just tells customers to call 1-800 number. Extremely unprofessional.

The day before, I went to another location to get a new SIM card. After nearly two hours with the in-store reps and the tech support guy, I walked out with a nonfunctioning phone. NOT GOOD! This morning, I dropped by the Burnet Rd (Allandale) location and was immediately greeted by Cedric. I explained the issue and shared my frustration. Within 10 minutes, Cedric had my phone working properly by changing a simple setting on my phone. He did this while also juggling two other customers. He was professional, personable, and patient. He solved an issue that two attendants and an AT&T tech support guy couldn't figure out in two hours. Cedric's a true pro!

I walked in there in full on panic mode, my work iphone wasn't charging and there was something stuck in the port. Brianna helped me get it out quickly and with such a great attitude!

I have a corporate account so it complicated things at the store to get my number on new phone. Roman was absolutely committed to delivering the best customer service and helped work through multiple hurtles over the course of a day to finally get my number on to new phone. The complexities had to do with my access and it was the day before Thanksgiving. Anytime I need anything moving forward I will be sure to visit Roman to get things handled.Brandon
