Quoted a wait of 20 minutes and ended up waiting 60 before anyone said a word. Frustrating experience and if I remember right, not the first time at this location. Will definitely go elsewhere in the future.

Had a great experience this past weekend at the 5033-A US Hwy 290 location. This has become my “go to” store anytime I need to review my account, upgrade devices, or otherwise get support. On my most recent visit, mgr JSinclair was kind enough to assist me. And the noteworthy part that prompted this review is my request was selfishly to reduce my monthly bill. There was no pushback or questions, just friendly and professional support! Thank you for putting customer service first in front of all else including dollars!!

They convinced me to buy internet and tv and try for 2 weeks and if I don’t like it just cancel it. Just cancel it!!! It has been 3 months and I am still spending hours on the phone to get rid of bills!

I actually had a pleasant experience in store as I upgraded my iPhone. The switch over was fast enough and easy. My problem comes in the aftermath. I got emails confirming my enrollment in the insurance program and the Next up program resulting in $27 per month in additional charges that was never discussed during my visit so I was never given an option to confirm or deny my desire to sign up. I had to spend 30 min on the phone a few days later canceling it all. This felt shady and just trying to get more sales out of me. Be sure to triple check your new cost per month before you leave here!

Walk in. There are 4 employees but only 2 help customers. The others stand around doing absolutely nothing. Could easily answer a question or help customers. Horrible customer service.

Went in today and the Liz employee was loud and aggressive,then thinks a customer will sit there and take that. Then says my license expired was not...she needs glasses. Then I said let me speak to manager then manager is at lunch he doesn't come out til he wants 10 min later. I think priorities at this store lacking. And fyi I asked another employee to see my license he had better eyesight and it wasn't expired. Lol she's either needs to go back to elementary or get glasses. The attitude you give to.people will always catch up. The manager at this place needs to keep his employees in line,employees (liz) screaming at the top.of her head while i was trying to explain to manag interfering and rude while I spoke to her manager about her inappropriate attitude. I say that's so inappropriate and ghetto get it together over there. And manager needs some more training. Eddie hmm.

This is the most poorly run AT&T store or cellular store I’ve ever had the displeasure of entering. The manager loudly talked about what she was gonna order for lunch and how they hadn’t been hitting their sales goals. One older gentleman flirted with a customer for the entire hour I sat and waited to have my eSIM put in some thing that would’ve taken under five minutes. My name was then taken off the waitlist, and I was told by someone that they didn’t know that I have been waiting. The manager is a white woman in her 40s or 50s you need to take a serious look at how she’s running the store. Unbelievable.

They went above and beyond to set up my internet service, even missing lunch breaks etc to hunger it done.

This place is literally hell on earth. All I wanted to do was activate an eSIM card and it took two different visits and three different phone calls and on the last phone call they ended up shutting off both my old phone and new one so I had to go into the store for a second time. I was then told it was going to be a 20 minute wait which to be completely frank I was not happy about in the slightest after dealing with AT&T and they’re ridiculous website where it is not easy at all to find a thing On there And I ended up having to wait for over an hour for the activation of an eSIM that took not even joking less than a minute.
I hate AT&T and honestly will most likely be switching over as soon as possible so if you’re looking for a wireless provider, I would not pick them.
