Brayan was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite in helping me understand the storage message I was receiving on my phone, due to having a Google account. I was afraid my phone was running out of storage, but it had plenty. His friendly demeanor put me at ease, and he showed me that he didn't delete any photos. Thank you so much, Brayan!!!

Just wanted to give a huge thanks to Steven and Ignacio for helping me fix my phone issue. I was in and out with no wait time. The customer service they provided was top tier and makes me glad to be a long time ATT and customer.

If you’re looking to replace or upgrade your device go to AT&T and talk to Nacho at the William Cannon and I-35 location. Nacho was great and I didn’t waste my entire day!

I'm sorry I don't mean to be a toll but after 4 years of paying bills on time manager and employee could only answer 1 technical question of about 10 asked had none of the phone to upgrade nor could pull our problem which were to be on file so this upgrade would be better. What a waiste of time. Hello T mobile.

Everybody has been a great help! However, I do want to recognize one employee. Ignacio has been very helpful in my journey switching from T-Mobile to At&t. I went in on a very busy day as a walk in to get a new phone. My phone was on its last days (iPhone 11) and I needed a new phone soon. I was more than willing to wait any amount of time since I felt bad I was a walk in. Ignacio did not hesitate to help me out at all and was more than willing to help me out on this busy afternoon. He made the transition so smooth and made it easy for me. Also, I want to add that I got off at work and was dreading being there for hours taking out a new phone with a new company, but I was out of there fast. Thank you so much Ignacio for all the help!

Honestly where do I begin? This is a long story so I will keep it as brief as possible. My girlfriend & I were approached by an At&t saleswomen in a Best Buy who promised to lower our then, $200 T-Mobile bill down by switching us from T-mobile to At&T and she would also get us the new iPhones as part of a promotion. After committing to the switch, we quickly learned that half of what she told us was in fact not true and out bill is now over $375. We were then told by multiple in store reps that our bill would be "only high for the first bill cycle before it goes down due to initial startup charges and equipment charges that will drop off." well it has now been 2 months with At&T and our bill is still well over $300 After we were promised they would SAVE us money. This whole process feels like a Bait & Switch sales tactic and seems pretty malicious. Oh & also, we have not and cannot get into our online account at all. It was repeatedly locked us out and customer service is nothing but robots who don't help and don't get you to an actual customer service rep. The actual cell service seems to be Sub-Par to T-mobile as well. Overall, I wish we had never switched and still had T-Mobile.

I walked in the store after a long day of work trying buy a new Apple Watch the manger I’m guessing because he was the one who was bossing the one lady that was working around told me he had no watch’s that he could sell me after a few words and letting him know I’m a att customer magical he had one I’m guessing he knew all along because he didn’t even walk back to check or look on his iPad for inventory anyways he told me I couldn’t look at it until I bought I told him I need to see it because I only seen it on the app I didn’t feel comfortable buying something I can’t see or even look at
He made me feel like the way I was dressed had a big part of how he treated me not knowing that I’m a small business owner and work just as hard as him maybe even harder since I’m self employed stop judging people on how they look it’s people like you that make hard working people like me feel so small I will not be going back to this store
I wasn’t going steal or take the watch I just needed to see it I hope you feel good about yourself thinking you’re better then other people

We had to wait over 2hrs just to get information on there cell packages, plus there were only two sales associates working. So we decided to go too Tmobil.

I’ve nothing but good experiences here. They always take care of me here. I’ve had multiple times I’ve had issues (not from them) and come here and get it fixed.

Ignacio is the MAN! I was running into wall after wall with AT&T support, and when I came in, he gave me such caring, patient attention. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was taken care of and everything on my phone and my account were working properly. This review doesn’t even do him justice… I honestly can’t even remember the last time I had such excellent customer service. That’s how great he is. Also, he is fully bilingual!
