They are unhelpful and only care about helping you if they can make money off of you. They will just refer you to a customer service number to get you out of the store.

Had a great experience with Abby at this AT&T store location. She was knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions I had on my phone plan and issues I was running into. Especially compared to other AT&T stores I've been to, this was a top-notch experience.

Juana and Candy were the most helpful AT&T reps! I transferred from T-mobile(after 15yrs) to AT&T. I got internet, 3 new phones and a great experience at the South Park Meadows location. They are customer friendly and helpful! I’m here now getting my sister’s phone transferred as well. These ladies are amazing! 10 outta 10 service. Go see them when you are ready to make a move to new service!!

Abbey Diaz is a gem. You are lucky to have such a great employee. She was on her way out when we walked in. She helped us and stayed until we were all set up. She makes me glad we switched to AT&T from another carrier.

I came here to see what promotions they had for me to switch carriers , I called first to get some details and a lady answered her name is Kandy she helped me understand the whole process before I came in , when I came it was real simple and smooth I was out within an hour and got a new phone with a reasonable monthly price . I would highly recommend this location and speaking with Kandy . She was very professional and understanding! :)

This was a review i wrote for Samsung as a terrible company but AT&T is absolutely to blame for the outcome of my faulty samsung phone. Samsung is purposely scamming and defrauding its customers. They have the WORST and I do mean the worst customer service. Ive owned different Samsung phones in the past but the Samsung Galaxy Flip 6 was complete trash. I purchased the phone from this AT&T store After upgrading against my better judgment. I purchased myself a birthday gift that stopped working after 16 days. The phone was still on but no movement whatsoever to the touch screen. I looked up my warranty information, filled a claim and the device was deemed unrepairable through asurion due to internal hardware malfunction. My phone was with them for a week and once i picked up my unrepairable phone I was told to call samsung repair directly. I called 1-800-726-7864 and was disrespected multiple times, I did not use profanity but expressed my concern regarding a payment request. I was told of i didnt pay the $400 repair fee my phone would not get fixed. I asked to be transfered for a better explanation and I was hung up on. I called back and got the same gentleman who refused to let me speak with a manager, closed my ticket without my permission and hung up on me a second time. I called a few more times just requesting to speak with a supervisor and 2 more of my calls were disconnected when i refused to pay for the phone. I called AT&T because Samsung is thwir contractor, I was told they couldnt do anything and they too refused to give me an option to replace the phone.
I asked the representative why would i pay for a phone with a hardware malfunction and he proceeded to tell me my opinion doesnt matter, when i blatantly stated "sir its not an opinion thats what happened but now im trying to figure out my other options. lm still paying for the phone line but ive been without the phone for 3 weeks". Again he refused to even listen to what I was saying.
I then questioned the warranty and mentioned what it covers I was then told I no longer have a warranty. I purchased the phone on 1/6/25 and tried to take it back to AT&T but i was 2 days late regarding the return policy. When the screen stopped working I was 2 days too late for an AT&T return. Either way its disappointing but not surprising, it appears Samsung is turning into "one of those" companies and AT&T is enabling them. Needless to say, them and all of there lack of customer service will be reported to the BBB. Along with the call log showing I called multiple times but received no assistance or replacement. At this time SAMSUNG hasnt repaired the device and is refusing to honor the warranty. Hopefully no one else has to go through this but if there doing it to me im sure they are going it to others.

I just want to say that Nicoll and Juana have very exceptional customer service. Nicoll was very sweet and explained everything perfectly. She made our experience at this location great.

Do not remember her name but she attends St. Edward’s University and is an International Business major. She is from Columbia. She was so helpful and actually got my phone working properly again! I really appreciated her knowledge and friendliness.
