Pretty disappointed by the level of care at this location and policies by AT&T.
I came into the store to return my AT&T internet equipment and was disappointed to learn that although being their own product, the store does not accept returns and I’d have to go to a UPS instead.
This is baffling but I accepted it. However, the customer representative did not show empathy or respect in helping me figure out how to resolve my issue and I left with a poor experience.

I’ve had a terrible experience with the Research Blvd store. I was promised by the manager at the time of purchasing 4 cellphones that the deposit would be waived. However, I was later charged the deposit, and despite visiting the store multiple times and speaking with the staff—including the manager, Michael, who was extremely unhelpful and disrespectful—I have not received any resolution. They assured me each time that a credit would be applied to my bill, but that has yet to happen.
To make matters worse, my service was suspended because of this issue, even though it was their mistake. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of follow-up and professionalism. This is not how customers should be treated, especially when an error on their part was acknowledged but never addressed.

I purchased a bundle that included a Galaxy Z Fold 6, a Galaxy Watch, and a pair of Galaxy Buds Pro from the AT&T Store.
While I have received the phone and watch, I have yet to receive the Galaxy Buds Pro. Despite multiple visits to the store and numerous attempts to contact AT&T customer support over the past three months, I have been unable to resolve this issue.
I have already paid in full for the Galaxy Buds Pro, and it is unacceptable that I have not received this item. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.

Multiple issues still persist. Extra charges have been applied and the store hasn't helped at all. My account has been rejected and I'm still receiving bills. After that I went again with a friend to create his account and join his family plan and multiple service charges have been applied AFTER the associate mentioned it would not affect the final bill. Offers that were promised before account creation have not been applied and the store mentions NOT after account creation that the offers might not be applied. I've spent over 6 hours at the store over multiple days and there's still all these issues and the store tells me to contact billing department and says "Good luck with the billing department". Horrible service. Would’ve given 0 stars if that was an option.

I spent almost 2 hours and they were zero help. Took 3 more hours on the phone and ATT may or may not send me refund they owe me.

AT&T Wireless at 10001 Research is the best store to go to for technical expertise, informed comparison, account accuracy, product knowledge and kind and courteous customer service! I believe her name was Francis! 5 stars for Francis!! And a much deserved raise! Do not go to the Domain store unless you like being treated rudely and disrespectfully!!!

Did not have a good experience at this store. I simply wanted to change out my phone. I paid upfront for the cost of the new iphone. However, my account got changed to add an additional $65 in charges, including fees for 2 monthly insurance programs that I never requested and a bogus upgrade charge. Spent a lot of time on the phone with billing to get rid of the extra charges. Later, I went back to return two charger bricks that I didn't need because they were equivalent to what I already had at home. They wouldn't take them back because I was 2 days over the return time (which is buried in fine print on the back of the receipt). They suggested I try to resale them?? Basically, I felt they were not customer friendly and not trustworthy in their billing.

The AT&T store at 10001 Research Blvd, Austin, Tx has some intelligent, pleasant people who really know what customer service is. The best example this week was Frances, who knew exactly what I needed to walk out of that store satisfied. Thanks Frances!

Yes, there were a few inconveniences because they did not want to release my number, but the gentleman who assisted me helped me a lot even though I did not speak Spanish, and best of all, I was well benefited, thank you friend for your attention

Long story in short. I was a Tmobile prepaid customer. These people were successfully failed to port me from T mobile to existing ATT account. Spend almost whole day at the store, they were so helpless. And they were blaming customer on top it that I didn’t give proper info even after I provided all the necessary details needed. Very much dissatified with the service. They put me in a position of not getting a new device for 6 months they mentioned. ... and so much had happend which never worth a penny to anyone.

Justin provides the best service, this was our second visit, first to select and order my wife a new phone and then for help with activation and accessories. He was awesome both times
