The sales rep (Ivan I believe) who helped me out was very informative on several products I was interested in. The sales rep assisted me throughout the visit and made my time there go smoothly. The sales rep was training a new hire, and was professional and seemed like a great mentor. The new hire seemed knowledgeable as well, was helpful, and embraced the learning experience. Great job yall

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Brian at AT&T. I recently switched over from T-Mobile, and Brian made the entire process incredibly smooth and positive.
Even though I was completely sleep-deprived, Brian was incredibly patient and understanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly an
thoroughly, ensuring I understood all the details of the switch. He didn't just rush me through the process; he genuinely cared about making sure I had the best possible experience.
Brian went above and beyond to find me the best promotions currently available, and he explained each one in detail so I could make an informed decision. His attention to detail was remarkable, and I felt completely comfortable and confident in his recommendations.
What truly stood out was Brian's genuine care for me as a customer. I felt heard, valued, and respected. He didn't just treat me like another transaction; he treated me like a person. Worst of the worst customer service ever experienced, same issue for the 3rd time,been here for over 45 minutes and non of the employees are showing up for help even though i saw over 3 representatives walking around all of them saying will be with you in a second and all of them went to the back and never showed up, big disappointment for this poor level of service and the poorest level of management

Ivan was super helpful. He was knowledgeable with regard to what my options were. He not only helped resolve my problem with my phone, he kept my costs down wherever possible.
I think his manager was Brian & he was right there to answer any questions Ivan could not. And that question had to do with a special discount I was requesting. Otherwise he had me set up and back on line in a very short amount of time. Couldn't be more satisfied.
