I waited 20 minutes. One of the sales
people while waiting om another customer looked around and said he was checking on the order people came in. When finished ge wen to two other people that came in after me and added them to the wait list. He only offered to add me after I questioned him why he did not wait on me. I then left.

Outstanding Service – Thank You Astro!
I had an amazing experience at the AT&T store thanks to Astro. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through upgrading to a new iPhone. They answered all my questions, made sure I understood my options, just honest, top-tier customer service. It’s rare to find someone who actually listens and makes the process easy and enjoyable. I left the store feeling confident and taken care of. Shoutout to AT&T for having such a great team member. Give this person a raise. They’re a gem!

I came into the store to talk about my bill, I spoke to Andy and Dave they have the best customer service I ever experienced in a cell phone store. they were able to help me out on my phone able to help me out on my billing issues and able to help me out lowering my bill. I suggest anybody that goes in get with these guys they are great. everybody in the store really cares about the customer experience they show it with everything they do.

David and his team were excellent, I felt we had expert professionals to help us with what we needed done and even experienced service beyond my expectations when david was able to save me more money on my at&t service structure. i will be recommending this location to all of my friends n family

I came to contact for internet service at home. The place is well clean and there are many seats for customers to wait. I will have to wait a while because when I go there are many customers. Charmaine she is very kind and helpful and attentive. She recommend me with a good package and other options. I received the internet quickly and it works well. Highly recommend AT&T service here.

I wish I never visited this store. Met with Alex at the door, he seems very lazy no eye contact his behaviour seems rude to me and my wife felt the same. When she asked me why is he behaving like that, I convinced her and myself that he might have partied well on a Friday night and he might be feelings some hangover. When my initial query was handled and we are talking and he started walking I don’t know why or where he is going but I followed him. He went to the door and opened it at the moment I didn’t get what he is doing. Slowly started understanding whether I need to feel happy that he opened door for me or he is telling me I indirectly that I can leave. Even people in chat or call center will ask anything else they have help me with before disconnecting but I felt bad for the first time in my 2 years living in US, that I was being insulted. Really I am feeling bad otherwise I would never want to post this kind of review.

The worst experience than any other AT&&T in Austin.
