This store has been a disappointment each time we have visited. I was in there for a replacement, and the personnel there found some process issues whereby they could not find a solution and instead asked me to get my phone fixed. This is very poor customer service and business acumen. They missed out on several hundred dollars worth of business today because I went somewhere else. AT&T should revamp the leadership and staff at this store

We switched from T-Mobile to AT&T four days ago & Claudia was amazing , answered all my questions & she had a very calm demeanor the entire time ! You can tell she loves her job and also knows her job . In these days that’s rare and appreciated ! Customer service has declined so much since Covid ! Give Claudia a promotion , a raise or something because she deserves it !

I highly recommend that you stay very far away from any AT&T Store. I went to this location 2 and a 1/2 years ago . I walked in knowing that I just needed a phone for work and that it was only going to be used for client phone calls. I did not want anything fancy. Just need a simple phone that I could pay for out right . I found a phone for about $400. I made it very clear i did not want to pay for the phone in installments!They Went to get the phone and when they return tell me they had good news. With my new service the phone would be free plus they told me I would save money on my bill. Come to find out today that I have actually been paying for that phone in installments for the past 2 and a 1/2 years. Now I'm trying to switch companies and they say my phone is locked. Because I still owe 77 dollars on this supposed free phone.When I called to ask about it today alI they said was it should've been communicated to me better. They sent me over to the customer service line. Which I called and told me there is nothing they could do for me. I feel like this is Extremely unprofessional and basically a scam. I went back to t mobile and could not be happier.I think it's awful that a company would try to pull a quick one on their own customers.Shame on you ATT!

I was bent out of shape and upset after customer service and tech support couldn't help me. They sent me to the store and I'm glad they did because Mike helped majorly! He had my phone fixed back in no time and introduced me to another amazing program called my protect. Best customer service experience ever in a phone store! Thanks Mike!

I was told that if i turned in any samsung device i would receive a discount on any new Samsung device. And my old device could be in "any" condition. So I traded my s22 for a flip 5 . Guess who didn't get a discount on the new device. ?

Adam Cantu is a fraud, thief and liar.He is NOT the manager nor is he A manager period. Likes to steal money from customers doing unopened returns with receipts. This guy will say he’s the manager and has other employees there calling him the manager. Adam cantu is a SALES REP. That stole over $150 from me. If At&t, his store, or his ACTUAL manager are not going to get back to me, it leaves me to believe this is COMMON PRACTICE with mr fraud ADAM CANTU.

I was greeted by the store manager on 9/15 and immediately he started the ball rolling with helping me.An associate took over and got everything I needed to secure my next phone. I also thanked them by giving them a couple of cigars I had just purchased. Thank you to the Lakeline team for making it easy! ??

Had to make an insurance claim here twice. Both times the employees seemed pretty chill yet tentative.Nice and clean store and the vibe check was decent.Love stopping here.
