Came to get my car serviced before the holidays and they lost my key!! I waited for over an hour and have to come back because they couldn't get in touch with the valet, who supposedly walked off the job with my key. It is beyond ridiculous!

Leo Ascension was a really great sales person and I don’t find that often. I do recommend this dealership and this salesperson specifically. I will continue buying Audis (best value car around) and I hope I get to work with Leo again.

great sales, good service. but why are the EV charges always blocked but not in use when I pick up my Q6. it's almost like they're for show.......... it's to the point where whenever I go to pick up the Q6 I already have to make plans to go a Tesla supercharger cuz it never gets charged while it's in for service. they can always fix
it but my etron never gets charged.
to make matters worse, this is the second time I've used this dealerships service department . y'all better be happy. y'all are closer to me instead of South Audi. cuz apparently if you don't come in for anything tire related, your tire psi will never get checked. we're supposed to check tire psi every 30 days and I've been in the dealership twice in less than 45 days and neither times are the tire psi checked. what is the lead tech/forman doing? it's crazy if I would lease a evolved Daewoo made car. I know for a fact they would check the tire psi no matter what the car came in for and they got some of the baddest engines on the block. The only saving Grace for this dealership is the sales department. if it wasn't for the fact I'm geographically closer to you guys and I got the lease from you, I would not use a service department whatsoever. it's a real shame

I’ve been working with Olivia Machalek at Audi North Austin since September to find the right A6, and I’ll be honest - I was not easy to deal with. I was picky, took my time, and knew exactly what I wanted. Throughout all of that, Olivia was consistently patient, honest, and genuinely on my side. She was upfront about the pros and cons of every car we looked at, and treated me like a long-term client instead of a quick sale.
What really set her apart was how proactive she was. Instead of disappearing when I didn’t buy right away, she stayed tuned in to what I wanted and kept an eye out for the perfect match. The moment she found the A6 that checked all my boxes, she reached out immediately, walked me through everything, and made the whole process smooth and low stress. Because of that experience, I’m now planning to stick with Audi until further notice- and Audi North Austin, with Olivia, will be my first stop every time :)

Shopping for a new car at Audi North Austin was a very positive experience. My salesperson, Travis, was knowledgeable and personable. He listened to me and to my son-in-law who was assisting with my car search. I test drove a Q3. It really fit my needs and was an impressive ride. I went to other dealerships, but I finally decided at the Q3 (and Audi North) were right for me.

My sales person, Ryan was very helpful and not pushy throughout the process. He seemed to understand my situation and did his best to accommodate. I came in knowing what I wanted and was familiar with the brand already.
Our finance person, Atif was great. He also understood our situation and was finally able to make the purchase very affordable.
