Avoid Audi and Audi South Austin. Please look into water pump failures and coolant migration. This is a foreseeable issue that led to warranty extensions in many other models. After failing on my S7, and causing a coolant migration issue which required the entire vacuum system to be replaced, the dealership charged me almost $7,000 for the repair. The car was less than two months out of warranty and only had 42,000 miles on it. I've owned many cars from different brands and I've never felt so abused.

I wanted to point out that I had a wonderful service visit at Audi South thanks to Caleb Skaggs. He was timely, professional, and honest about all my concerns/questions. I will definitely be coming back to Audi South because of my experience with him.

We had to chance to buy a 2026 Audi Q8 with Austin. His services was great, recommend asking for him for your next Audi (also gave us a gift bag). Tajim the tech was great and helped us solve a problem pretty quick. We didn’t like the back and forth on pricing, it was a waste of time. The car was not cleaned and detailed as good as we were expected for a brand new car even though we brought it back for them to detail. Hopefully the dealer will pay more attention to detail when selling brand new car and make the car look as good as those car they put in their showroom. P.S: we didn’t even have a red Ribbon on our new Audi, we had Mercedes, Lexus, Audi …. cars before and they all had new car Ribbon.

Matt O provided excellent service for my car! I really appreciate how knowledgeable he is and that he gives accurate recommendations without being salesy. After his recs, my 50K miles old car runs like a dream again.

Update: Mattheus is excellent at what he does and has been consistently reliable. If he were selling a car, I’d buy it.
Update (2): Ended up buying a new car from them because of the fantastic service I always received here. Molly was a fantastic salesperson who helped me find the right car at the right price.
