My experience was great. Everyone was nice & very considerate because my anxiety was through the roof; bedside manner was superb! Thanks Monique for holding my hand that really was the icing on the cake.

I went in to have my perma-cath access removed. Everyone was nice, friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and my cath removal was a piece of cake.

It was not crowded. I had an appointment to have my fistula evaluated. It was a little chilly inside. The check-in nurse was professional and efficient. They detected some narrowing and fixed it. There was some pain but that's to be expected with large needles. Overall,the experience was tolerable. I would do it again.
