I would not recommend buying a car from AAB without an independent mechanical inspection or else you could end up out of a lot more $ than just what you paid for the car. An expensive one, like a $5800 transmission!!!
We bought a Suburban here at the end of October. Bobby, who is also the general manager, came across as a nice guy & we enjoyed getting to hear about his family during the purchase process. The next day it was a different story & the start of a frustrating nightmare. We started cleaning the whole car & found the passenger floor to be soaking wet. It was raining that day so we thought maybe the door had been cracked. We soaked it all up with towels. But the next day it was back. This specific problem is commonly from AC line leaks. I notifed Bobby & he said this was a new problem because he drove the car to work daily & it was never wet where he put his bag and must have been something we did. I explained there were thick rubber mats and you wouldnt feel a wet floor under them. He then told me I was lying & he only had carpet mats in the car. I was not amused about being called a liar. Thankfully i take a lot of pictures & was able to prove I was not lying in about 30 seconds with a pic I took of the car sitting in his lot with the thick rubber mats the day we bought it. He was forced to apologize. Then started a huge back & forth where 3-4 times we had to bring the car in to mechanics of his choice very far from our home. There were repairs on the AC done under warranty. The leak is better & not soaking the floorboard but it is still leaking as evidenced by moisture on the plastic mat when lifting it & a moldy smell that we are frequently having to Lysol. None of his mechanics can figure out why. We are a must have 2 car household & Bobby kindly agreed to pay $50 a day for a rental car for me, but I had to ask over & over before being reimbursed which was also frustrating. The last few weeks of our warranty the car started stalling/slipping a bit. I wasnt sure what was going on at the time. We did try to call Bobby and got a full voicemail. Next our transmission went out and it was a $5800 REPAIR!!! Money that we dont have that is drastically hurting us as a family. We have tried to contact Bobby multiple times. Still has full voicemails & he is not responding to any of our texts. I am going to be filing a BBB complaint but in the meantime wanted to warn other potential customers you may want to second guess doing business with AAB, because you may get a car with major mechanical repairs needed that you didnt budget for & you may also be completely ignored when you try to contact them about it. What happened to our family was really wrong & I pray it never happens to anyone else :(

Great experience. Drove an hour just to come here to see a BMW X3 I really liked. Trade in process was super smooth and their offer was reasonable .They worked to ensure I had the best offer as far as financing. We are loving my new (to me) X3 so far!! Definitely recommend.

I did a little research online and found a car that I was interested in. I reached out and Connor immediately got back to me!!! I went to look at the car the next day and Connor took the time to explain everything. He is so personable I felt like I was buying a car from a friend!!!
I am a single female and most people would have taken advantage of this but Connor was highly professional and just down to earth and easy to talk to. He made the process so much easier!!!
If you are looking for a car go talk to Connor !!! If I could give ten stars I would!!!

You can trust these guys!!! Nothing but integrity here at Austin auto brokers. I bought an ‘08 Silverado that had an issue. When it came down to it the truck needed a new engine (this wasn’t discovered till way after the initial code so AAB wouldn’t have known about it). AAB took it upon their own hands and made it right from start to finish. Everything they said they were gonna do they did it. Honesty from the second I asked about the pick -up. Thank guys! I’m a first time car owner and y’all made it a good experience.

I had my 2017 Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve on Autotrader for about 1.5 months and I was in no hurry to sell. Had a few interested buyers but they wanted some steep discounts. Anyhow, Bobby contacted me and made a nice offer. I drove up the next day and they did a quick test drive and inspection. Bobby was happy with the truck and cut a check on the spot. The whole experience was smooth and easy. Unfortunately at the moment, they didn't have the vehicle I was shopping around for. But I will be back and won't hesitate to recommend Austin Auto Brokers. I wanted an inexpensive car for my nanny, picked it out from the lot, negotiated a price in 1 minute, bought it, and I was out in an hour. They washed the car too! The owner is very nice. I forgot I was at a car dealership. No pushy salespeople just legitimate car-buying. They also have a good bunch of BMWs on the lot. Definitely buying all my cars from this place from now on.
