Flew in from Greenville, SC for a what I thought was a decent used car. He gave me all the answers I wanted over the phone, but completely misrepresented it Looked like the bodywork was done by a child, and the hood wouldn't even open, after I had asked specifically if he had checked the oil. DRL's didn't work, and car shook at idle, along with it looking more than used in the interior.Refused to give me my $500 deposit back, and was an absolutely horrible experience. Left me on the South Terminal, with no ride after a one way plane ride.Personally, I wouldn't buy air from him if I were drowning, for fear of it being poisoned.

I have been very happy with my car purchased from them. 50k miles later and still running good. Any time I've messed something up, or needed a relevant repair, Ramin has worked with me on pricing and gotten it back in order.Truly a blessing to experience this at a used car dealership...

Ramin was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in us buying the vehicle. He was very courteous, professional and friendly. He made it a very positive experience.

DO NOT buy a car here. This guy and his entire operation is a scam. The car will have hidden issues and you will drown in repairs.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!On 4/29/2022 I bought a blue 2010 JCW Mini Cooper from this establishment. Stock #10997 . After writing a check for a $2000 downpayment, we financed $10458.77. As I pulled out on the road, I didn't get far before smelling hot antifreeze, and smoke billowing from under the car. My husband was following me & motioned me to go back to the dealer. They DID find a bad hose & replaced it with one from another car. The check engine light eventually came on , as did the seat belt light( still on today), the tire light and check engine light. We were soon able to take it to a European Car Repair. The first repairs were between $7,000-8,000, the next repairs were around $3000 and the car is in the shop AGAIN today to be repaired to the tune of $3000 more! I can post detailed invoices if necessary. My problem is that, had I known it needed this much work----because they showed me the few things they 'repaired or replaced' when I bought it, to make me think it was road-worthy----I would have just bought a freakin' NEW car! I realize they will be countering this review with excuses, but if you are even CONSIDERING them---FORGET ABOUT IT!!. I wish I'd seen the BBB rating before going there. You need to check it out before you buy. I hope this helps at least ONE person from this kind of BAD BUSINESS!.ONE STAR is TOO MUCH to give them!!! But, you can't post without putting at least ONE star on it. I'd rather have numbers----I'd pick ZERO!

Do not buy here! 4 days after getting the car I had the check engine light come on obviously the guy cleared the codes before purchasing it so that their check engine light wouldn't be on extremely shady and not OK. I'm sure there will be a response to this saying something along the lines of we haven't heard any problems from you we offered to help fix things if something was wrong etc but quite frankly we can get the parts and fix it ourselves for cheaper than his "price". An extremely detailed look over on this car and found a few minor things which we didn't have a problem fixing so I knew that there would be some things we had to fix that's not a big deal but to have a code pop up I've only had this car for 4 days?!?! Oil was FILTHY filter was obviously old, they do the bare minimum amount of work on them and sell them... I mean seriously not even oil change???? No wonder he doesn't want you to drive them more than 10-15 minutes because you don't get the car hot enough to know how it really runs. Very shady and slick. Smoother talker. But will scam you. I repeat DO NOT BUY HERE.Edited to add you can absolutely get around an inspection by clearing codes and running it for a little bit. I drove it less than 100 miles when the coses popped up. I was wondering what the response would be but my gosh it's another load of lies. And we were SPECIFICALLY told to try to have it back within about 10-15 minutes, two different times, once when I called up to check if we could do a long test drive before we went up there and once right before we took it out.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!I wish I read the reviews before buying from this place, but I was so excited for my son's first car, that I didn't do the research that I should have. This place is a SCAM!!Bought a 2013 Altima from them that they swore was just checked and had no engine problems and no service codes. Within a couple of days of purchase, my son's car stopped accelerating. We took it to a local Nissan dealer who told us that the transmission was bad and needed replacement. That it had multiple stored transmission codes. When I called this dealership they had the audacity to tell me that it was my son's fault for driving it in the wrong gear! What? He drove it in drive like everyone does. The dealer was defensive, loud, ignorant, and rude during the entire conversation and basically told me that the car is "As is" and he has no obligation to take care of that for me. He may respond and try to save face by deflecting blame on me or my son, but the reality is that this is a very horrible business that everyone should stay far away from. My next stop is the BBB. If anyone has other suggestions for reporting this evil business, please let me know.

Just save your money and go somewhere else. Out 12k and he has had vehicle back repairing it more than we drove it. Now he realizes its not repairable and still sitting on his lot TODAY 4/8...He won't refund our money or repair the vehicle and just wants us to pick it up. It was towed to them on 3/23/21. BUSINESS CLOSED TO 4/6 ...NO CALLS. Remind you it was delivered by their transport!company

Consumers BEWARE. It is definitely a chop shop. Ask to take a look behind where the for sale cars are! Place has busted down cars all over the place and the whole crew is in on it. Bought a VW CC, and it has all the problems mentioned in the reviews and more. Epitome of scum used car dealers and mechanics who lie to sell cars. There are so many other dealers to spend your hard earned money people. I can't believe I let myself want a vehicle so badly and didn't notice all the red flags. Looking back, soooo many red flags! Hopefully other consumers won't go through this...

this was a car that had been in an accident and was a lemon he charged me 12k for this car and then after I spend thousands getting it fixed he demands I pay him for work he's done after he said on text that I didn't owe him anything and that he'd still take care of one thing and that's the sunshade motor I've spend a total of 19k on a 13 year old Toyota this shady car dealer is a money monger and all he's out to do is screw you so run away from here as fast as possible

Run away from this shady car dealer. The car was in significantly worse condition than advertised. I was only given $1000 for my trade-in. The car I bought was astronomically higher than its blue book value. Due to the many expensive repairs it needs, I'm having to sell it at a $6000 loss. The owner is a liar and a cheat and has no business selling cars to the unsuspecting public. Buyer beware! You are better off buying a car from literally anywhere else.
