This is my second time using Gerber Collision and Glass. I wish they had 6 starts as 5 is not nearly enough.
Blake and the staff there took care of my repair and saved me a ton of money besides. Thanks again Blake and staff.

I was recently in a altercation with 7/11 where they damaged my vehicle and I visited gerber collision to give me a quote on a repair, amazing guy named Jacob Mendez helped me out and got me taken care of super fast and just helped me out with simple plastic pieces that fell offAmazing service and a great example of a great service

They smoked inside the customer car. My car app often sent alerts indicating that the car was still open even in the middle of the night. A random homeless person might have gotten into my car and smoked. Regardless, it shows that they are treating customer cars recklessly. As soon as I opened the door, a strong scent emerged, and over time, the tobacco odor intensified. It seems like they attempted to conceal the smell. I'm a non-smoker, but now my clothes carry the tobacco smell due to the intense odor inside the car. Colleagues and friends are asking if I've started smoking. I've developed a cough due to passive smoking. Despite my workplace being a strictly non-smoking area, the tobacco smell has caused trouble. If this odor issue isn't resolved, I'm considering hiring a lawyer. What infuriates me the most is their lack of honesty, trying to conceal the problem. If the car's tobacco smell persists, I'll pursue legal action.

So grateful for the Gerber team here off Rutland! Blake helped us wrap up a previous claim we had out of another Gerber location in MI. After getting our car back the last thing we wanted to do was wait again and Blake was extremely helpful and his whole team was quick and friendly! Thank you guys for making what could have been a very unpleasant experience one that was 5 star!

After bringing my care here for the first time, I decided it's the only place I'll take it for repairs. The people are great, the work is quick, communication is prompt, if you have a rental with Enterprise they'll return the rental for you. Car trouble is always frustrating, it's nice to know the people you're working with are going to make it as stress-free of an experience as possible. Seems like a lot of the 1-star reviews are for "big" jobs that take a while. I can't speak to that, but can say for minor repairs (dings, scratches, etc) they are quick.Services: Body & Trim

I'm glad the truck is finally fixed after having been there for five months, however we have no confidence in the work done because we have had lies from the Gerber folks the whole time. We were told that they were going to QC, our vehicle much more than they usually do to ensure we never had to bring it back or any warranty issues. As soon as we got there to pick up the truck, my husband -who is not an auto guy- noticed that there was a part that was not replaced. Upon leaving we noticed that the sensors were not working and that we had two giant screws in one of our tires that were almost new. We went back and they told us that in fact, there was a short in one of the wires and that they would buy us a new tire as the screws came from their shop. When we went back to pick up the truck after they said it was fixed and that they had replaced the tire with a brand new one. We noticed when we got home that the tire was not at all knew it wasn't even a new used tire. It was the exact same tire with a poorly patched Job that they had just flipped backward to hide it leaving us in a hazardous state. We got in contact with the tire shop they told us they had used to buy the new tire and they said that they did have a tire, but that Gerber never brought the truck to have it put on. We are currently driving to have the tire replaced now. It has been a stream of lies and delays, and our ability to trust that they did quality work has been completely shattered. I would not recommend Gerber to anyone, nor would I ever use them again.

Update: Emilio contacted me and and made the situation right. I appreciate that so much as this shows how much they care about their customers. The work was done well and you can’t even tell that our passenger side door was hit. Thank you you Gerber Collision for fixing our door.CHECK YOUR TIRES BEFORE LEAVING THE PLACE!!!Firstly they stated in the morning that our car was up next to get washed. They waited until 5:06 on a Friday to call that my car was ready and they closed at 5:30 and weren’t open again until Monday. When I went to pick up my car on Monday, there was a nail in my front right tire and they were hesitant to repair it but we insisted they did because it wasn’t brought in like that. So the car ended up staying at the shop another day and we didn’t pick it up until Tuesday. Fast forward 2 days later, the same side of the car rear tire had a SCREW in it. It’s not a coincidence that both right tires had nails in them. Now we are out the cost of a runflat tire because Gerber only noticed and paid for the front tire. We are disappointed that their lot wasn’t cleaned properly of debris and that we had to end up paying for a new tire after picking up the car. I don’t even want to mention the repair they did on my car because this whole tire scenario overshadowed my experience of the place.
