I called today about a medication. The pharmacist, Rudy, hung up before I could even ask the cost. He just seemed in a rush.

Unprofessional. I’ve called several times over the past 6 months to refill an RX. They take my info and tell me that they will refill my RX. I call back several days later and my RX is not filled and no one remembers that I called. Even if I call a week before my RX is due for a refill, it’s still not ready and I end up running out of medication. Save yourself the headache and find a different compounding pharmacy.

These folks care about their work and helping people! I found these guys a month ago. Excellent service. Very helpful. Quality compounding ketamine for my therapy. Rudy and Joseph listen carefully to my questions and concerns, which made all the difference. A complete 180 degree in quality from my local compounding pharmacy (2 hour drive difference). They mailed and delivered ahead of the expected date. I am happy I chose these guys! Made all the difference in my healing. Thank you!

Usually I receive good service and good quality meds from ACP, but when I called to question them about conflicting info, I was cut off by Rudy and not allowed to finish my sentences. Then when I wanted to add more delivery instructions so I wouldn’t miss a delivery, he cut me off mid sentence and hung up on me. Usually he is nice and helpful, so maybe he was just busy, but I REALLY hate to be hung up on!

I cannot express enough my gratitude for Joseph and the team at Austin Compounding Pharmacy. The Austin Compounding Team was able to source a rare material for a medication for a family member. He worked hard to not only source the materials, but to find the most economical method for dispensing them too us. He then worked to ensure we have a long lasting supply. This medication has been life changing for our family and we are forever grateful to Joseph and his team.

The staff at Austin Compounding Pharmacy are very helpful and pleasant. Everyone I've spoken with is knowledgeable and respond quickly to questions and refill requests. Now that I have downloaded their app, It's easy to use, and ACP staff respond quickly.

Horrible customer service The younger guy in particular was so obnoxious I don't even blame him. His parents obviously failed him.If talking to insurance companies is so complicated maybe you should try a different career. I recommend one that has zero interaction with human beings.I'm sorry that my daughters seizure medicine " is a lot of work and we only make a few dollars from it"
