Went in and experienced nothing but kindness and respect, the doctor was very understanding and helpful and the nursing staff was great, especially Vanessa who helped me understand the steps needed regarding a follow up

I'm opting to rate Austin Emergency Center with 5 Stars for the simple reason that ther decision was made to treat nearly everything a tertiary hospital's ER does. Great job staff and administration.
