**DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.** My experience with this body shop has been a complete nightmare. I brought in my 2024 vehicle, less than six months old, to repair a minor scratch. Instead of fixing it, they caused more damage.
Residue was left on parts of the car that weren’t even involved in the repair, and they scratched my window and door panel. The paint job was poorly done, and two independent body shops confirmed the low quality of their work. Despite this, Austin Impact Body Center has been completely uncooperative.
When I tried to address the issues, the manager yelled at me when I asked for their "one-year policy," and I have recordings of every conversation. They even blamed me for having to redo the repairs, despite their workers failing to do the job right the first—or second—time. I pointed out all the damages, which they documented, but they still didn’t fix them.
It’s been over a month, and they are still ignoring my calls. I will likely have to take this to court to cover the cost of repairing my car elsewhere. Attached are pictures of the original damage and the additional damage they caused.
Every visit left me in tears with horrible anxiety, feeling like I was being gaslit into thinking I was imagining things. They make you feel awful for simply wanting the work done correctly. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

WARNING: AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!
I recently took my Tesla for window tint and ended up with a broken window and a nightmare customer service experience. The owner, Desiree McDonald is a complete liar and has zero integrity.
After discovering the damage, she initially offered to cover half the cost of the repair, but now completely ignores my calls and messages. When confronted about her security cameras, she claimed they didn't cover the area where my car was being worked on. I sent a friend to take pictures, proving this was a blatant lie.
This shop is clearly incompetent and dishonest. They broke my car and refuse to take responsibility. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable business. I'm still shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and deceit I encountered.

I had a terrific experience with Douglas and his team when I was involved in a car accident. They worked quickly, kept me abreast of progress, and the price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to care for your vehicle too.

Just picked my car up from Austin Impact Center this afternoon, and I couldn't be happier with the speed and precision of service! I was expected to have my car in the shop for ~2 weeks, but Douglas got it done in 6 days, had my car washed and looking brand new! Everyone in the shop is incredibly friendly, and responsive. I would highly recommend this shop and will tell all my friends and family!

I've been here multiple times to get multiple services for my car. Douglas is the guy you want to go to! They were even willing to work with me and allow me to bring in my own parts but they are particular about doing that. Not only did they service my car is one business day maybe two at most, but the prices are much more affordable than the dealership and there has been quality work done. I will continue to come back any time I need anything done.

Incredible customer service. Instead of telling me I needed some overpriced work, the gentleman behind the front desk came out to inspect the damage to my vehicle and was able to fix the damage on the spot. When I offered to pay for his help, he said no need.If my vehicle ever needs work or the vehicle of anyone I know, I will make sure they come here. True business integrity.

AMAZING!!!!!! I was in MVA and saw these guys and was really impressed w/Douglas so I went ahead and put down 50% for parts. 4 days later the parts arrived, and completed the work the subsequent day! Took a total of 5 days! He even buffed out residual scratches and covered areas I did not want to spend money on to fix!! Thank you sooo much!!!!! Ask for Douglas!! He's the best!!!!!

They worked out additional items that they recommended repairing, beyond what the insurance adjuster had cited, with my insurance company and I didn’t have to do anything. A bonus was they replaced both of the headlight housings so that they match,since the good one was frosted over. Also, my was returned cleaner than it’s been in a long time! Highly recommend this place!

Have had work on family cars multiple times over many years. Douglas and Ivan are extremely competent, reliable, trustworthy and hard working.The work their shop does is of the highest quality, with great attention to detail.
