Joe was extremely helpful in working with us as we were looking for a new SUV. He was very patient in working with us across multiple visits to make sure it was the right car for us, and was truly an expert on the ins and outs of the car and differences between years and trim options. Never disappointed when I bring my car in for service. Everything gets fixed or serviced correctly. They explain everything in advance on what needs to be done, I highly recommend. I have been a customer since 2018.

Oil change today. I scheduled early this week. Arrived at 7a. Immediately checked in by Trevor. Changed oil, inspected vehicle, washed vehicle. Was kept notified thru texts at all times. Free coffee!!! Everyone i associated with throughout this experience was great. Finished at the precise time they said they would. Very kind and considerate. Trevor was outstanding. Will always go back.

During the week of Christmas, I had the most positive car-buying experience of my life. P.J. was amazing to work with, and we plan to use him again for our next car purchase. He was knowledgeable, transparent, professional, and relatable. We had shopped another Infiniti dealership in the area, and left underwhelmed. Austin Infiniti was a great experience! I love my QX80!

Joe helped me and it was great, the entire experience only took three hours. I got a great deal, a good rate, and the client service was superb. It had a family vibe (it is in fact family owned), they even had a little coffee shop with snacks and real coffee, on the house. I will definitely take my car there for service even though it's on the opposite side of town. Joe in particular was awesome. Super personable and amiable. I have bought from quite a few dealerships and have always left feeling slightly or fully scammed, even when the deal was good! It was just the atmosphere of those places. Austin Infiniti was the exact opposite, and I will go to them for new cars from here forward.

I was ready to purchase a 2025 Infiniti QX60 and had already agreed on price, trade value, and financing terms. At the last step, the dealership inserted a $1,999.99 “installed equipment” charge that I did not request and did not want. When I asked for it to be removed, I was told it was mandatory and could not be taken off the deal. That completely changed the economics of the purchase and was not disclosed upfront.
What’s frustrating is that everything else about the transaction was straightforward — until that padding appeared. Refusing to remove an unwanted add-on and presenting it as non-optional feels deceptive and undermines trust in the buying process. If a price is advertised, it should reflect what the customer is actually allowed to buy the vehicle for.
I’m disappointed because I genuinely wanted to do business here, but I won’t move forward under those conditions. Buyers should be aware that even if you negotiate a deal, you may still be forced into paying for extras you didn’t agree to.
My wife went in specifically to see and purchase a 2025 Infiniti QX60 that I had a written proposal for, complete with VIN, pricing, and financing terms. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told the vehicle “wasn’t there” and apparently had never actually been on the lot. This was after investing time, coordinating my schedule, and relying on their documentation to represent a real, available vehicle. That’s not just inconvenient — it’s misleading.
If a dealership is going to generate formal proposals with specific vehicles, VINs, and numbers, those vehicles should exist and be available to view. Using a non-existent unit to start a sales process wastes the customer’s time and erodes trust. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch setup, whether intentional or not.
I expected better transparency and professionalism, especially for a premium brand dealership. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of basic respect for the customer’s time and decision process, and I would not recommend working with this location based on how this was handled.

Purchased a Volvo S80 from Austin Infiniti and soon after discovered it had an unrecoverable issue with engine coolant consumption. James Colfer reached out and said he wanted to help. I returned the Volvo to the dealership and was offered the purchase price credit towards another option. My Nissan Altima drives great. Thanks to James and Austin Infiniti.

I was pleased with Austin Infiniti's communications and repair. I have a nine year old Q50 that had transmission trouble on the weekend. I had it towed to the dealership and worked with David , my service provider. They went straight to the problem and offered an estimate. I agreed and they had the repair finished by the end of business on Monday. David was a great service manager and fulfilled my high expectations!
