I would highly recommend working with Lori Grutsch as your sales consultant!! She was incredibly friendly from the start, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Exuded a nice balance of highlighting the vehicles’ features and providing good financing terms. She made our experience with Austin Infiniti a pleasant one.

Not happy at all!!! Yesterday..yesterday is when I received my vehicle back after it was with the service department for over a month!Yes they had it from Sept 25th until Nov 3rd.I'll try to summarize but I didn't enjoy my experience with Austin Infiniti's Service department. I took my SUV in for a simple battery change on Sept 21. They changed the battery but when I went to leave, l discovered that they shattered my windshield. No joke. Not sure how they missed it or how they did it.They said that they would take care of it but it would take a couple days to complete. Few days later I was told it was ready but when I went to pick it up, the work was horrible. Completely unaccceptable, so I didn't accept it. It had the wrong bulky, weather stripping installed and it looked very wavy as if my car had eyebrows and it was making an angry face emoji. They agreed that the work was not to Infiniti's standard and they would correct it. 2 additional windshields later(1 arrived wrong type and another arrived cracked) and now we are here, Nov 3rd. To top it all off, when we went to get in the vehicle to leave, it wouldn't start due to the new battery needed to be jump started. SMH. I promise I can't make this up. During the whole process , I only spoke with a manager once, and that was early on, when he was checking that my windshield wasn't cracked when I brought it in. of course I asked several times but they seemed to never be available. I'll think twice before taking my vehicle in for more service work, if this is what to expect from Austin Infiniti Service department.The dealership did give me a loaner for the duration of the repair, though.

We bought a used vehicle this weekend for our son. I loathe the car buying game! Brandon Napier was fantastic!! We told him what we could are were willing to do, he asked the necessary questions, got started, we went for lunch, and everything was ready when we returned! We will absolutely go to Brandon for our next car buying experience!

Mario Hall was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and made our buying experience fast and easy!! We appreciate his assistance!The establishment was clean and offered complimentary drinks and snacks to keep us comfortable during the process. They even had apple sauce pouches which our baby enjoyed very much.

Allen was my sales guy and Darren was the sales manager on that day I came in. those guys were patient and low pressure. I felt like they heard me and were able to show me vehicles that really fit my needs. I had a great experience and really enjoyed taking the time to buy my new car with them

Amazing experience with Mario Hall! This was the easiest and best experience with a vehicle purchase (a lease in my case) that I've ever had, and I've had a lot of cars over the years. Mario took the time to ask questions to understand my needs and wants, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and an awesome vehicle (QX60). He educated me, was patient with my questions and there were no pushy sales tactics or crazy negotiations like at other dealers. I will recommend Mario and Austin Infinity to everyone I know, for any car purchases or leases. Well done Austin Infinity - you have a long-term customer in me and my family!

1 year and 4 months later and still loving my car! Thanks to Darion for making the process so smooth and quick! I spoke to him yesterday and he quickly went over my warranty and the add on I got when we bought my car. Very pleased with this location, wish I could say the same about the new Georgetown location.

I bought my 2011 infiniti qx56 from here Dec of 2022 wrote a check for the suv and was extremely happy. July 25,2023 about 8 months later the suv was running bad so i parked it had 2 different shops come look at it and they couldn't tell me what was wrong so i towed it to the dealership for them to tell me the motor was no good and they could replace a couple parts for $10,000 and still not guaranteed it would run. or a used motor for $25,000 or a new one for $38,000 wow i was in shock. What's wrong with it is nothing i did or didn't do is a freak accident that happens to one in a billion. I was going to purchase another vehicle from them obviously i can't afford to replace the motor. Being since it's less than a year i paid cash for mine $17,000 down the drain I asked them if they could possibly help me get another one i could pay cash for they have a suv on there lot same year as mine about the same price. I'm 37 single female who's just trying to pay my bills and one day buy a house. My suv had been in there service department for about a month waiting on estimates and call backs to find out if they would help at all on the price of a new vehicle they said they can come off the price $500 that pays for what they are charging me for the diagnostic test they did on it. The service advisor has been nothing but short and rude manager iv left messages with has not once called me back. This dealership got $17,000 less than a year ago and the car is no good and is not willing to even come off another vehicle $1000 they should be ashamed they say the aim to please they do not care about anything but there pocket books.
