Had an issue recovering old photos from an external hard drive. The Apple Store staff were completely unhelpful and told me to call a data recovery place which started at $800. I went into the Mac store on 2nd and the guy helped me figure it out in 5 minutes. Great experience!

Ethan is a wizard, y’all. I’m not computer illiterate in the least, but he was able to diagnose and fix a problem for me super quick. And he hadn’t even seen the issue before! The people at this location are tops, and I definitely vouch for their ability to fix your Mac issue.Thanks again, Ethan!

Was my favorite store for Apple products and repairs and also, I rather support local business first. My recent experience at the 2nd street location could have be been better. They held one of our computers for 3 months, which is understandable with repairs, and wouldn’t been a problem if they would have called back and an update about repairs or changes. When I would call back just to hear the status (4 calls within 3 months) of my computer, I would often get someone (possibly from tech) that seemed to be up happy about the phone call. Bad customer service and 3 month wait for work was never completed doesn’t add up, I can’t recommend MacWorks.

*WARNING* You should believe the other reviews about this place! I brought my laptop in to fix a simple display issue. They had my laptop for 2 weeks before telling me that they also "diagnosed" a battery issue and I would need to pay (Not kidding you) $1500 to have it fixed. I refused this service and they proceeded to attempt to charge me a "diagnostic fee" for a diagnosis I did not ask for or consent to. now I will be picking it up to be fixed elsewhere, having wasted all this time and energy. DO NOT BRING YOUR DEVICES HERE, the receptionist Avery at the front desk is rude and unhelpful, gave me attitude and was extremely patronizing and condescending

If you are looking for an inadequate service and absolutely no follow up then this is the spot for you. No one seems to know how to update clients, give truthful times for when you will get your device back or even give you the time to call you to tell you that instead of 2 hr window it will end up being six hours and they still haven't fixed your issue. It's basically a bunch of boys that have little to know experience with people.

Horrible experience from top to bottom. I took in my MacBook to get a battery replaced since it was free from apple and just walking into the store I could tell there would be issues. There is trash lining the walls, ramen noodle cups, packaging, and other people’s computers all over the ground.I had no issues whatsoever with my MacBook but wanted the free battery replacement from apple, I even went through the computer in front of him and got the serial number and did a time machine save.After dropping my MacBook off reluctantly, I was called back the next day because there was apparent “liquid damage” under the keyboard and they refused to do the free battery replacement without a $1,150 replacement fee. I told them no and after picking it up I discovered that my MacBook would not turn on again and they claimed it was due to the “liquid damage” although it was working just 24 hours before without me ever having an issue.Furthermore, I have opened up the MacBook to the battery and there is absolutely no evidence of liquid damage. Horrible attempt at a price gauge or just pure laziness from this store.

The worst! They are price gauging due to covid. They said “come on up, we’ll take care of you, no appointment needed (even though apple made one for me)” when I arrive they said it’s covered under warranty but it will be 6-9 days before they get to me. Or, I can pay $99 and they will do it immediately. Who profits off of a pandemic that’s killed millions, they scum bags here do. I will be reporting them to the state attorney.

Rude employees. Condescending, bothered, presumptuous. Talk down on your issue because they feel superior to knowing more about computers than you. I'd rather go to the Apple store from now on.
