My cat was playing with my keyboard and knocked the letter Y off, came in and was out in less than 10 minutes to get it back on no charge. I really appreciated the kindness and efficiency. I would 100% still be waiting for even an acknowledgement if I had gone to the Apple Store. Thank you!!

Super super awesome guys! Really honest work and are always trying to help! We didn’t feel like they were trying to do a cash and they just wanted to help fix our laptop and swap our data.

These people are the best of the very best. Took in my iPhone and iPad the same day. Owners have had store for several years. They did a quick diagnostics, needed to order a part for the iPhone, let me take it with me, part was FedEx'd in. I went back the next day at 4:30 pm, and iPhone was ready in 30 minutes. Because iPhone still under Apple Care warranty, and this is an authorized Apple service center, my only cost was for a new screen protector (which they put on) and case. They needed to FedEx the iPad to an Apple service center, and was back in two days. iPad also still under Apple Care warranty, and only cost was for new screen. So much easier than going to Apple store...Via MoPac service road or Balcones one block south of 2222 with lots of parking right outside their door.

They seem nice, I guess, but why on earth do I have to pay 100$ for an earbud replacement because they (Apple) gave me and many others a defective product. Getting my replacement on Amazon for 40$ cheaper. As a person who is frequently sick and not able to go out I was finally in a position wherei could get something done and I wasn't able to get a replacement for my defective product… apple sucks. Once I get an upgrade (to android) I am never looking back. Ugh.

The man working today was wonderful! He saved me hundreds of dollars replacing my phone screen by helping me figure out that I have insurance. Thank you for your kindness!

I came in to Austin MacWorks to fix my iPhone. Keagan was amazing! Excellent customer service, very friendly, and just a very honest guy. I normally go to the Apple Store, but will definitely be coming here in the future because of him.

Keagan has been incredibly helpful to me!This is my first Apple Laptop and I didn't know a thing about it. Now I do! I am so grateful for his patient guidance. Austin macworks offers sit down appointments for lessons and help. Something that i have not found anywhere else. Definitely worth the cost. Highly recommend this store.

I had a very positive experience at this Austin MacWorks location. I had visited the Apple Store in the Domain a few times because of issues with my Macbook Pro, but they unfortunately did not take my problems seriously and sent me on my way. The staff at Austin MacWorks took note of the issue immediately upon my first visit, and they worked quickly to fix it. They kept me updated through phone calls, which I appreciated. Highly recommend this business!

Prospective customers beware… Austin Macworks financial incentives aren’t aligned with you getting the solution you might need. My laptop didn’t power up this weekend and I scheduled an appointment first thing this Monday to have my laptop checked out. I found them via Apple’s authorized service center portal. I was told it would take 3-5 days before they could get to it or I could pay $100 rush fee to go to head of the line. Considering I use my laptop for work I was willing to pay for rush. After 1 day they called me and explained there was “water” damage from a coffee spill. I knew this was from over a year ago. I was fairly certain that the issue was the battery or something to do with the I/O board. They explained that there was no way to fix the laptop and that I could try sending my laptop to DriveSavers to recover what data I could… this was a huge red flag. DriveSavers give 10% referral fees to service centers and charge $800-4000 to “recover” fragments of your hard drive. They even prompted me to let DriveSavers know I sent them… when I picked up my laptop I noticed walking to my truck that they only installed 1 of the many screws into the bottom of the laptop. The bottom was falling out. Frustrated I called several service centers in the area while sitting in the parking lot and asked to speak with the in house techs. I ended up finding one off congress and drove straight to them to drop off my laptop at 11am. By 1pm they called me to inform me they only needed to reset something on the power supply to do with the I/O board and it was ready to pickup. 3 hours of my time and $150 and I was on my way to my house to backup and migrate over my data. I can’t emphasize enough how disappointed I am with Macworks. They weren’t rude and seemed like good people. However their business model is in direct conflict with their customer’s needs. The fact that this is typical of authorized Apple service centers is very frustrating. Your data is important, don’t do business with companies who are incentivized for you to fail.

I can’t recommend highly enough Austin MacWorks! I have used them a few times whenever I have any issue with one of my devices, and they are always extremely knowledgable, helpful, efficient and always solve my problems on the spot! Miko who works there, is the one who usually serves me and he is so helpful and kind! As I said, I can’t recommend this business enough!

Kegan is literally a saint. He helped me maximize my trade-in vs. charging fees to repair my old iphone. I left saving hundreds of dollars. I have also been there for macbook repairs and the whole staff is phenomenal! You'll never catch me at the genius bar ever again.

This team at Austin MacWorks is fantastic. They've taken care of me on a couple of issues in the past and recently and have never disappointed. Extremely great service, reasonable in rates, and have even help with a smaller issue at no charge.I went back and bought a new system from them when it was time to update and they handle everything, price is what it should be and such a great experience. They are knowledgeable and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Bought a used MacBook Pro for my daughter as a Christmas present from a different company. I managed to delete the software. Scheduled an appointment, showed up early and Milo knew exactly how to fix it and did it for free!!! Just sitting here in the lobby and listening to the workers, very knowledgeable group and very assistive to their customers! I’ll definitely be back for all of my Apple needs and products!!Wish I could give more than 5 stars

Bought a new Mac here because I wanted help transferring all my photos and files. Turned out the model I bought had insufficient storage capacity so they set me up with an additional external drive. I didn't like having to turn on the drive so they let me upgrade to a Mac with more storage. Redid the entire data transfer at no charge. Milo personally saw to it that every detail was handled to ensure I was satisfied. Will never buy a Mac directly without this level of service. Highly recommend.
