Great place for PT. Love Christine Brown! She is highly attentive to each case (I personally had two overlapping) and makes the exercises achievable and productive.

Great friendly staff! I’ve gotten adjusted many times elsewhere, but first time here and I was in pain afterwords for weeks until I got fixed elsewhere. It was not so pleasant for that reason. But very hands on PT

Christine is very thorough & actively listens & responds accordingly. The interns are always on hand & ready to jump in. The front desk is efficient at juggling all the bookings -and everyone I’ve come in contact with treats me like a person first -not just a number or just a patient. Highly recommend this center to anyone needing PT!

AMAZING! My experience here has trumped every other PT office I've been to. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. There is easy access to an online portal created specifically for you, including all the recommended exercises and it will show exactly how many sets, reps, or the duration of how long to complete a certain exercise. This is so helpful when you need a little reminder of what exercise was recommended or how it's supposed to be done. I've dealt with chronic pain for years, and happy to say I no longer feel stuck in it.

My therapist provided specific information regarding what my body was doing to stress & cause pain & then specific exercises for me to align & strengthen pelvis/hips, muscles, etc. Amazing educational tools for self management & such an improvement in 6 weeks time.

The best PT group I have come across in 30 years. The physical rehabilitative care offered is excellent, through its thoroughness, professionally delivery and its targeting of the individual's needs, and their goals. Their caring, targeted approach that involves careful listening, as well as best practice PT methods, helps ensure the patient's physical activity, behavior outside of the treatment center doesn't land them right back into the center. I highly recommend them.

My therapist, Christine, pays close attention to my description of the problem in my left hip, and thinks carefully about the limited information I am able to provide. Christine is an excellent communicator and listener. She also carefully observes my movements to help her figure out what is going on. Finally, she recommends specific exercises based on her understanding of my problem, for the clinic, and at home. While it is hard to say how effective the treatments are so far, the problem in my hip has not been showing itself lately- an encouraging sign.

I don’t live in Austin but went to Austin for both my knee replacements. They treat each patient personally. It’s not a one shoe fits all place. They cater to your needs. I highly recommend Austin Manual Therapy.

Staff are professional and courteous. They all seem to know their stff, the intricacies of the bones, ligaments, muscles, etc. and how they are involved in various dysfunctions. Far, far better than seeing a chiropractor. Only downside for me is that they do not provide weight machine access.

I had my first experience at Austin Manual Therapy yesterday. From my original phone call to schedule (I got in the same day in the afternoon due to a cancellation), to arrival and being greeted by an amazing administrative support team, to meeting my therapist, Christina, to the session with her to assess my condition/situation, and until I left to reschedule -- there was not one miss in all of it.My therapist, Christina, is knowledgeable, an excellent listener and she of course had to hear all of my stuff, about which she was very attentive and patient. Her assessment was both focused and thoughtful and done with wide consideration of possibilities and explained to me so that I could easily understand. There exercises I was give to do prior to my next appointment were not overwhelming and I appreciated that a great deal. I do honestly feel better today knowing that I am in a good therapeutic environment of professionals who know what they are doing and believe in the work they do for the patient.

These people are fantastic. From the front staff to each PT, they are caring, thorough and positive to get you to keep going on your PT goals! You think you're walking into a zoo because the place is so busy, with almost all the equipment being used simultaneously.I had the good fortune to have Kathryn as my therapist. She was challenging but not a drill sergeant. She also did not reprimand me if I had not done too many exercises between visits. Her positive reinforcement was quick and frequent, so things finally got into my pointy little head and my muscle memory. They helped me with a "Taylor's Bunion" issue that turned out to be a heavy callous because I was supinating while walking. I felt like I had to learn how to walk all over again, as well as get into and out of chairs, sofas, etc. correctly, and other things before I "graduated," but I did!! My PT plan promises to be quite useful from here on out. Thank you, AMTA & Kathryn!

Far West location of Austin a Manuel Therapy was the best. I had just had surgery on my cervical spine and Dan Cole was fantastic. He spent time at every session listening to victories and concerns. It was not about just do this and you will be fine. My pain at this point was more nerve issues and inflammation. This was last summer today I am in the gym 5-6 days a week and feeling great. I still have some numbness in my hands but I also have the tools to make it go away quickly. I learned more about nerves and how they travel. Thank you Dan. You are a fantastic therapist. I recommend you to all my friends hopefully they are showing up.

Beginning with my initial phone call to inquire about services and scheduling and continuing through the completion of my treatment plan I experienced first rate service in all areas and from all employees at Austin Manual Therapy. The office staff is knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. All communication — in person, on the phone, via text and email — was prompt, clear and thorough. The clinic is very professional and pleasant. Ben Keene, co-owner, was my therapist. In our initial phone consultation he clearly explained the philosophy of the clinic, what to expect in terms of treatment plan and the administrative details. Ben was the only therapist who treated me and I was his only patient for each of my one hour sessions. He spent a good amount of time to clearly understand the issue and to explain his treatment and the reasons behind it. He is very knowledgeable and has years of experience. Ben was very patient to answer questions and to educate me so that I could feel confident knowing how to continue progressing when the treatment ended. He also made certain I could easily contact him at any time after treatment ended if I had any questions or problems. My experience with Austin Manual Therapy was among the best I’ve had with a healthcare provider and I would highly recommend the practice.

Outstanding service from the time I check in through the time I leave. Dan, my PT, is knowledgeable, answers all my questions and makes sure I am completing my exercises correctly. Improvement has been slow but steady with my condition.
