I was referred to Dr. Aubrechtova by Dr. Kim after I suffered a massive stroke.It took a while to get an appointment, but it was worth the wait. She is great. I was really impressed by how much time she took explaining to me all the ins and outs of the meds I am on, why I am on them, and some of the strange sensations I have been having. It brought me a lot of comfort to finally have explanations. I also got diagnosed with migraine and began treatment for that.She has a really great demeanor and accessible way of explaining things. And she helped me get my meds refilled before my insurance changed with the new year.

Dr. Walter Werchan is the first doctor to take me seriously since I started having unexpected medical concerns. My husband and I very much appreciated meeting him today. He is straight forward, very educational and wants to see his patients get better. I look forward to the road ahead and getting answers to these sudden changes. Thank you again Dr. Werchan!The front desk team were very nice, accommodating to my scheduling needs and I thoroughly enjoyed their Halloween decorations! Thanks ladies!

I saw Dr. Verona and had as positive an experience as one can have seeing a specialist of this nature. He was kind, patient, attentive, and answered all my questions. I also had no issues with the staff either while making my appointment or checking in/out.

If I can save one person from going to this office, this is why I'm doing the review. My neurologist retired after many years and said we should try going to Dr. Aubrechtova. When I saw them two months ago and mentioned that my next injections were due April 15 they said that wouldn't be a problem. Weeks go by and I didn't hear a thing. I started leaving messages for the nurse and after seven messages still had not heard anything. The last call, I literally begged for her to call me and she finally did but leaving a message that she had never gotten any of my other messages. I started calling the front desk because as of today my injections are due six days from now, and they said she still has not called in the prescription for the injections. I told them I'd get extremely sick without them and they said they didn't know what to tell me. This morning I plan on calling the office manager because this is absolutely the most unprofessional office I've ever been to, and I will never go back.

Run. DO NOT WALK. RUN FROM THIS PLACE.The doctor told me he needed more tests run before he could discuss me running out of meds and needing paperwork. MY previous doctor closed up shop and did not make any arrangements for any patients.When I found out thos doctor was not planning on following up for 6 months, I said I was not feeling confident that he was going to try to help me. He then told his nurse to call me and tell me to find another doctor. When I called to talk to make an appointment with another doctor, I found out I was banned from the practice. The office staff were a bunch of clowns. They thought it was funny. They lied to me.The office manager was not 'available.' Don't let these people kill you in this office. Run.

This review is only of Sarah Granger. She is "nice" but it's fake, she isn't particularly interested in anyone in the room besides herself, and as someone else here said, she dramatically lacks intelligence. Too impressed with herself and not impressed enough with her patients. I hope I can post a different review for others at the clinic because everyone else, including the doctor, is amazing! Just steer clear of Sarah Granger.

Steer clear of this office. Dr Aubrechtova doesn't have a clue about Vagus nerve issues howeverits on their website. The doctor sat there in silence and couldn't answer my questions. All she could say was I don't know! She played with the computer and stated she was going to look something up pretending to anyway. How unprofessional! Don't waste your time making an appointment with this place, very loud doctors I heard every conversation through the walls. I overhead a doctor telling a new patient you took a step down coming to see me. Wow! The vibe in this office is totally off. Stay away.

Dr. Werchan is a truly awful practitioner. Not only does he provide completely useless recommendations, he insults you, talks down to you, and demeans you to your face as if you were a child, rather than a patient suffering from ailments that he could care less about. Avoid at all costs.

My experience: “Dr” Werchan was arrogant, condescending, patronizing, accusatory, disorganized, argumentative…and I could go on. I chose this “Dr” from a list of 20 specialists, waited nearly 2.5 months to see him, and drove 1hr to my appointment just to be treated with a complete lack of compassion, dignity, respect or professionalism. It gets better. After my fiancé and I had had enough and decided to leave, he then announced across the waiting for his front office staff to call the police as we were walking out. Seriously?? He obviously felt we were going to file a complaint against him, so this was his attempt to discredit us. I have NEVER experienced this type of behavior from a healthcare provider. Unbelievable. This guy should have his licensed revoked. Terrible human being.

I've been seeing Dr. Aubrechtova for years. She always takes her time and does thorough work. The front desk staff are good, there is always some turnover, but nothing unusual for medical practices. I've never been better with my migraines than under her care.

I've been seeing Dr Aubrechtova since 2020 and I've had a positive experience every time. She does not rush our visits, she's very kind, she spends time to listen to me and discuss how the previous treatment went. Debra, Office Manager, is wonderful as well. I can't tell you how many times she has helped me because the front desk couldn't/wouldn't/didn't know. I would say the front desk needs some work, especially when it comes to working with and staying on top of 3rd party pharmas and scheduling for patients. Every three months I get botox for migraines and every three months it continues to be a giant hassle and production for me. There has to be a better way to manage this part.

I saw Dr. Aubrechtova and it was one of the worst doctor’s appointments of my life. She did not listen at all and I had to repeat each answer at least 5-10 times. I told her very upsetting things that had happened to me and she just stared blankly at me. She could not answer any of my questions, did not believe me about how I was responding to the medicine I had been put on at the hospital, and tried to quadruple my dose for no reason and with no explanation. I was miserable the entire appointment and then when I went in the hall to talk to her there was patient information laying everywhere. Major HIPAA violations that I wish I had taken pictures of. I opted to see another neurologist and this office continues to call me and ask me to schedule a followup, even though I have told them by email and phone I am not planning on continuing care with her. Their office is also extremely difficult to reach and I am always put on hold and sometimes no one ever comes back. They tend to call at 3:50pm when they’re about to shut off the phones, knowing the patient will not be able to respond. The only good thing I found about their office was the EEG tech Gary. He was very welcoming and explained things very well. The neurologist never called with my results so after two weeks I just told them to send them elsewhere. Will certainly not be going back.
