It's a long story but I will try to keep it short. My mom has ingrown toenails on both of her greater toes. One time it got infected she had to go to urgent care > they recommend her a podiatrist > went there > got the infected side removed > the wound healed > done. Then, my mom thought since the first procedure went well she should get all other ingrowns taken out too so her pains would end once and for all. We chose our trusted clinic, ARC, and they assigned us with Dr. Vikas Godhania. Dr. Godhania did the surgery, but him and his team did the job so poorly my mom's post-procedure wounds kept getting worse. After 2 weeks, my mom could no longer bare the pain and had to go back into the clinic to work on the infections. We then met Dr. Yancovitz who informed us that we should avulse both of my mom's toenails out because if she's gonna leave them on, it's just going to get worse and eventually, the infection would spread out her entire toes. The doctor and her team was assisting us with every questions and concerns we had, the complete opposite of what Dr. Godhania did; just then, my mom toes were improving.
What worse is that Dr. Godhania managed to hit us with a $1,000 bill for his services. $1,000 for 3 sides of both greater toenail removal procedure just to have it went to waste because my mom had to get them pulled out completely regardless. Dr. Yancovitz charged us $476 to remove the 2 nails, still expensive but we are happy to pay because the offered services were definitely worth it while Dr. Godhania services were not it at all.
You can read this review and decide whether or not to have this place perform surgeries on yourself. Pic was right after she got both her nails removed due to the infection.

The lack of signage as you drive or walk directing you to the right building is horrendous and the signage that exists is not helpful. One of them said next door and points to the right but there's only the staff parking there.

Dr. Cosentino is the most amazing gyno I’ve ever had. He makes me feel extremely comfortable. He thoroughly explains everything he is testing, going to do and results in extreme detail. I had an issue for many months and had countless appointments with general practitioners and family doctors where they said it would “go away on its own” or “I just had anxiety”. I took a leap of faith and booked an appointment with him and he was the ONLY doctor to not brush me off and actually fixed my issue within a week. All I needed was a slightly increased dose on a medication and of all the medical professionals I went to, he actually seemed extremely informed and like he genuinely cared about my well-being. I have had some very awkward gyno visits in the past by other doctors but he makes everything seem relaxed and is kind and professional. The nurses there are also extremely kind and professional. I would 10/10 recommend him to be your gynecologist.

I've had phenomenal experiences with ARC. It's rare to find doctors who really listen and make you feel heard and respected, and genuinely want to answer questions and help you feel informed, and yet I do at Austin Regional every single time. I have consistently been pleased with my care from doctors at ARC.

Terrible terrible terrible terrible customer service. There is zero transparency for the fees they charge you. I am getting hit with a $700 routine ENT visit that was supposed to be "in network". This is the first negative review I have written in my entire life, that should say something. Avoid at all cost, they do not care about their patients satisfaction, at all.

Been shopping around for a new PCP after my MD retired and figured Bruce would be a good replacement. I wish I had listened to other reviewers. **Please avoid this MD.**During this first and absolutely last visit, Bruce Doxey was extremely rushed and uninterested in addressing all my medical needs without scheduling a second appointment. I had to repeatedly demand he address immediate issues such as an acute sinus infection or checking for a possible broken foot. This licensed medical professional flat out told me that he needed to limit the time he would spend bc he has other patients. I think I was only able to speak with the MD for a grand total of 10 minutes. He only halfheartedly acquiesced after I expressed my frustration with his behavior.I can say with absolute certainty that Bruce Doxey reflects very poorly on Austin Regional Clinic. After working with ARC for two decades I will no longer be a patient/client/customer and will actively be searching for a new PCP outside of the ARC system.

I walked in to schedule an appointment and wouldn't be able to be seen for almost two weeks. I asked if that was the soonest appointment and noted the symptoms I was having. The lady from the front desk came the back, and they were able to squeeze me in same day. Staff was friendly and patient.

I came in to renew a prescription and it took them 2 weeks to send the right prescription to the right pharmacy. I had to call almost every day and wait for 30 minutes on hold because they stopped answering my messages. I rarely give a bad review but this one is earned.

Just established my primary care here with Dr. Wu. The facility is nice and spacious so there’s no concern about interacting closely with sick patients. It’s very clean and the entire staff was great. Minimal wait time which was fantastic.
